Not impressive Break fast not fantastic, at a point I stopped and even when I do I go for coffee only. But there was this nice lady there called Tibiets. Very helpful and happy to help you with everything you need. I have to say, she loves her job.

Improve on breakfast, get variety of foods and vegitables if possible

I accidentally scheduled the wrong day because I pulled off of 95 to book a room and I was TIRED & RUSHING! Needless to say, I was exhausted and needed to sleep. The young woman at the front desk was AWESOME! She changed my date ( no charge), and booked me in a double for a total of $138! The facility was sparkling clean and the room was too. Has a coffeemaker, microwave and small fridge. Great channel line up, you can even log into your own Netflix or YouTube account. So nice .I'm staying here everytime I come back B'More...

Nothing. Oh, one small thing...there was no complimentary shampoo, soap or lotion in my room....a small thing and nothing to bother me too so much

The staff.... First the front desk staff as we arrived at almost midnight, the young lady appeared to be training a gentleman on the services at the front service desk. After the long drive to Maryland, they were a joy! Then the next morning, Ms. T, Sam, and the other young lady in the kitchen are such wonderful people. This was my family second stay at this hotel and definitely where we look to stay when we come to Maryland. 💯!!!

The pool was wonderful for the kids and adults. There were plenty of chairs and in nice location. The breakfast was decent. We were in a room next to the breakfast area and never heard anyone. The staff was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helpful. A+

The location was great. Baltimore avenue seems to be a thoroughfare through Laurel. There were a lot of nice places to eat nearby. The breakfast was awesome. The simplicity of it made my days. Nice to be able to log into my own media accounts on the TV.

The price that I booked for was not the price that I initially saw advertised for this hotel for 3 nights on Booking.com. I don't have proof but I am usually careful about the price I spend per night.

It was a clean and conducive place and close to the malls. The breakfast lady was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good too

Was in a room next to the ice machine and the noise of the machine was disturbing but my room was changed to another room when I complained about it

Everything was good, except for one member of the staff. Sunday morning at 11: 30, I called to the hotel and asked about one charge in my credit card, she explained to me about the deposit, but when I tried to confirm with her if I understood correctly she was rude and she hanged up on me.

It was a very nice hotel, new and comfortable. We go to the area often to visit family and have stayed in other hotels that are just a few dollars less and are horrible. We are so happy to try Fairfield this time around. It was worth the extra few dollars.

I liked everything about the hotel. I have no issues. I would completely recommend it and stay there again.

I’m very upset with booking.com because they never made my reservation with the hotel. When I got there the hotel was sold out because they had a church event there. I drive a 1 1/2 to get to maryland if I didn’t convince my husband to come with me I would have panic. When my husband and I was leaving just so happens she looked in her system and they had a room available. I booked 2 room with y’all for January 22, 2022 that will be my last time dealing with you guys. Thank you.

The sound levels were good.

The charges were $40 more than the stated price on the site. Online it stated a double queen would be $108, when checking in the rate was $148. That is disappointing and I consider a bait and switch type situation. I will not book online again with this chain.
