Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore Owings Mills

I love the rooms and amenities. Our room felt like home for my family. We stayed about one month and enjoyed it so much. The pool was awesome & breakfast is a definite plus.

Our room overlooked the grill area, which was nice, but there were several parties with loud music. One night, the music played until after 11pm.

Bed was very comfortable. They had a kitchen with the basics. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. His name was Carl I believe. Pool was great although I would have loved a jacuzzi. Convenient to everything and right around the corner from where I was having a surprise party.

Requested a couple times for new towels and no one came. Wasn’t a big deal but some fresh towels and washcloths would have been nice. We were there for 3 days

Because we had stayed here before, it was like coming home again. My entire family felt secure and very comfortable. Slept well and the breakfast was more than adequate for my husband and me. It seemed cold downstairs, so we simply took it up to our room and reheated it in our room. Only problem we encountered was that by the time my daughter and her family got there, there was no food available, and this was before 10:00 am.

Was promised adjoining rooms, and assigned such, but when we did check in, they were no longer available, it seemed.

Very nice accommodations. The room was clean, there were blackout curtains and all bedding was there. The pillows were comfortable and the noise was good throughout the evening. The pool was so fun and the staff was phenomenal. They were both very helpful at the front desk.

The kitchen wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been…whoever mopped the floor still had dirty shoes on. There were food stains left behind in some areas around the kitchen. There was hair from the previous guest in the shower. There was no trash pick up and no where to properly discard it outside the room. The walls are thin, we could hear the other guests above and next door; luckily they weren’t too much of a nuisance.

I was a little disappointed that when they ran out of oatmeal, one of the ladies told another lady that she could not make anymore oatmeal because it would take too long. This was a Saturday morning and there should have been enough to cover the amount of people at the hotel.

Just the incident that happened at breakfast.

pet-friendly, clean, quiet

The $75 pet fee. I understand that pets can have accidents in hotel rooms but my room was tidy and well-kept when I checked out. I guarantee there were rooms that only had human guests in them that required a lot more cleaning than mine did. next time I stay here I will ask the manager to look at my room to justify the pet fee.

Location, nice, quiet, convenient and safe. Pleasant staff. Room was clean, comfy and spacious.

There was lots of uncollected trash & dishes left overnight near the elevators. There was a weird noise coming from the AC unit.

Staff was fantastic. Room was immaculate as always. The king bed was so comfortable, that it took everything I had to get up.

I didn't like the fact that the remote to the TV was absolutely awful. You needed brute strength just to make it work. I let the staff know about this. Maintenance came quickly to help me.

So happy they had breakfast. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice. They were accommodating to my needs and when I needed to adjust my stay due to weather they adjust without any problems or additional fees. Really impressed by the customer service

Pool wasn’t working- kids were bummed but we had other things to do
