We really enjoyed the space for the two of us. The room was very functionable. The refrigerator and microwave were standard sizes, and there was even a dishwasher. The rolling table on which we had dinner was so unique. Thanks to the check-in clerk, we ordered in for our first night after arriving from the New Raven Pizza restaurant and had the best pizza, wings, and salad, which was delivered "Hot and Delicious." Our room was clean and stocked for our three days, two nights stay. The halls and the elevators were clean. The lobby, coffee bar, and eating areas were clean and inviting. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Great Accommodations !!!

The hotel was close to family members, and I hated that we could not stay any longer.

The hotel s good and Located very well with good services. The rooms are very beautiful and accommodating while the complimentary breakfast was awesome. I loved and enjoyed my stay in the facility.

Nothing only that there is room for improvement. The evening staff that checked me in was not friendly and almost made me to change my mind about staying at the facility. Other staff I met were very friendly and ready to ensure I and my family was comfortable - ms. Taylor, the cleaners and the technical staff team lead from Liberia - I guess.

I didn't eat the breakfast. I had brought my own yogurt and museli. I loved having a room with a refrigerator and sink and dishwasher. The bed was comfortable and even thought I was next to the elevator, the room was quiet

The coffee was terrible and they had no real half and half. The Wi-fi didn't want to work in my room for several hours. It finally did. I had to join Hilton Honors program

Very clean and the suites had everything needed to included updated appliances with a full refrigerator and dishwasher. The bed was comfortable also. The staff was very friendly also and the young lady preparing the food was very kind. I had to wait a few minutes on the veggie omelet, but she kept me informed. Keep up the great work. Thank you to Kolby also who checked me in late at night. He couldn’t find my reservation, but I was already checked in.

Prefer a bigger breakfast selection with fruit and grits. My son likes bacon and sausage too. :-)

I like the most is how friendly everyone was Marsha helped me many times. I love the open space of the room and spaces to put your things so your able to move around freely.

I think there should be a pass to able to swim later at night. I wish there was a hot tub. I enjoy 😉 the pool just wanted more fun time.

Rooms were spacious, modern and comfortable. There was a great kitchen with dishes, glasses utensils full sized fridge, dishwasher,and microwave. No stovetop but that was not a problem. The bathroom had a walk in shower and new sink and toilet. The room was immaculate and disinfected and deodorized. I would stay st this hotel again and would recommend.

Breakfast was rather basic but adequate. A full hot meal buffet could enhance guest experience.

I like the location. It was easy to get to the interstate and restaurants. Also the patio area out front was cute and comfortable.

Though the staff was pleasant, they seemed quite young. One young lady was dealing with her cell phone when I came ti check out. It took her a little while to look up and help me. When she did, she was courteous. I think a bit more professionalism should be worked in.

The room service cleaning person went in my room before I checked out and removed items from my room - including a hot cup of tea. I do not buy the excuse that he/she thought I had checked out because my eye glass case, my bag of drinks, and my extra room key were in the locations I left them. Removed was a bag of snacks that included bananas, chips and cookies. Otherwise great trip.

My room was clean. The dishwasher was running when I came in so I didn’t have to question when was the last time the dishes were washed. Booking.com quickly resolved the hotel’s error when I reported that the hotel charged me for the room although I had my confirmation from Booking.com showing it was already paid for. The quick resolution built my confidence in Booking.com.

As is the case most places you go, there was the strong odor of skunk weed coursing through the hallway. There was a dog barking as I walked down the hall. I was double charged because the hotel staff said they didn’t see where the room had been paid for by Booking.com.

This hotel was literally the best hotel I’ve ever booked. And for a decent price! Very clean. The room literally looks like a mini luxury apartment! A kitchen included (no stove) but a full fridge, huge microwave, sink, dishwasher, AND plates/silverware!!! I’ve never had such a nice hotel and i am a FREQUENT traveler! Bed is Ok. Not the most comfortable but definitely not bad at all. I will be coming back to this hotel just because! I don’t even want to leave to be honest. Just all around exceeded my expectations. Free coffee 24/7 Market with food, snacks, drinks and alcohol 24/7. Staff is so nice! Veryyy nice washer and dryer downstairs by the gym (looks super new and super expensive lol) This hotel can’t be beat. It has everything.

I was told breakfast is Grab & Go, but on the website it says full breakfast buffet. But no biggie! Don’t really eat breakfast anyway so this little minor detail means nothing to me when this hotel is as exceptional as it is.
