The young lady that greeted us when we entered the doors of the property was courteous, friendly and made us feel like we were the VIP guest of the day. I love good customer service and that is what we received at check-in.

I didn't like that the cook would not refill the food trays without a request from the guests. If she sees that the tray is empty why sit there looking at empty trays and your guests are waiting for additional food. When I requested bacon at 9:30 am i was told that I was late so I asked her what time is it now.? Of course she never responded but she eventually put out more and other guests were happy as well. But why sit there looking at empty trays and your customers are waiting.

Front desk was very helpful when I went to check in on Saturday and check out on Monday.. I forgot her name..I think Sandra? she works on Monday morning around 7 am.. she was the best had my room ready early very accommodating.. Also Karen the cook was so so nice and extremely helpful.

The carpet in the room was a little dirty and in the hallways, also the noise level outside with the motorcycles. ,. could hear all this.. also water bottles in the room when checking in should be when you check in..

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast was way more than what I expected. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

I would like for Booking to be more on the same page with properties. Booking should update all property information so there are no surprises during check-in. Also, I didn't particularly appreciate that my credit card was charged before I even made it to the property to check-in.

This is my husband & my go to when we can get a night away from the children. The rooms are comfortable and we love the continental breakfast. The staff has always been professional and friendly.

We had a little overnight snowfall, the staff hadn’t cleaned or salted the parking lot before I left at 6:30 am but my husband said it was cleaned by the time he checked out

The property was extremely clean and I love that they actually have a full breakfast & not a grab / go box that a lot of hotels have continued with since the pandemic. I also like that you can’t get on the elevator(from the lobby) unless you have a key card. I would definitely stay again. Nice value for the money. The young lady that was working when we checked in on Thursday 4/4 was amazing; however I failed to get her name. She handled an annoyed customer extremely professionally.

My mother dropped some coins in the sofa and she had to reach under to get there was a lot of dirty.

The room was clean with lots of natural light and ease of use. The shower and space was very comfortable. I was able to do some work at the desk comfortable with the lighting provided.

the television didn't have many HD stations which didn't leave much for viewing. Rarely used it. There were no coffee stirrers or napkins in the basket. Wished they had disposable spoons. The bed sheets were too thin for it being a Hyatt. So were the towels

The stay itself was good, room was clean and well stocked with toiletries

When I called and told staff I accidentally left my computer charger in the room after leaving, they hardly responded. Only 1 of the 3 people who picked up actually checked with housekeeping but they all told me to call back at a different time
