Hyatt Place Baltimore Owings Mills

We visited for 3 nights and normally we stay in Baltimore but since we had little people this time we settled in staying outside of the city. We liked the location (which is about 25 mins outside of Baltimore city) Most of the things we wanted to do were within a 30 min drive, and there’s a bunch of stores and restaurants around the hotel area. The pool was great for the kids and the free breakfast was also nice (waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, toast, tea, juice and coffee). The room was clean, and the separation between the sofa bed and king bed provided a little privacy that was nice. Parking on site was great. Overall I’d say the experience was great and we’d stay again.

Room was Huge and Clean . Pool was amazing. Huge , warm and very clean. One of the best indoor pools I've swum in a long time. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. Again cannot overstate the size of the room and how good the pool was - the pics just don't do it justice. Overall great stay.

Décor was slightly dated and the placement of the bathroom in the room was a bit weird , but these are very minor quips.

Tiryan is the GEM of the company! He is very friendly and helpful to the questions, concerns and or just taking to. Definitely knows his business! He deserves a raise! I was there for a football game I play as well as coach! We played against your home team owned by Ray Lewis the Baltimore Lighting. Will definitely be back because of Tiryan's hospitality and good grace! The world needs more people like him. Blessings and thanks for your time

The only thing I did not like is that I didn't have more time to stay and enjoy your city! Beautiful city.

The beds were comfy, the staff was great, the food (breakfast) was great, the pool was clean.

The people next to us and the people above us were so unbelievably loud that they got kicked out at about 1:30 and 2:00 in the morning. We had two crying toddlers in our room because every time they fell asleep, the stomping and blaring music upstairs or the pounding and screaming next door would wake them up. Immediate action was taken, though, as soon as we went to the front desk and complained.

The room was great, staff was amazing - especially Florence and the guy who's name starts with Ty.. really helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was good, but lacking a bit - did not have cream cheese most of stay (or anything besides butter or jelly to put on a bagel). Would love to have bacon (instead of sausages) or vegetables of some sort.

The young gentleman at the front desk check in had the MOST EXCEPTIONAL customer service I had ever come across in hospitality! I truly hope one day that young sir is running that hotel!! Every time I am in Baltimore I will stay here purely because of his customer service!

The pool area was dirty there were empty chip bags and cigarette packs all over the floors surrounding the pool, very gross! It was like that for two days.

i enjoyed the location of the property it was nice quiet and i felt safe ….. SN i forget my meds and cosmetics by accident and was called by the front desk thanks to the staff and housekeeping for holding on until i came back to the property !!!!!

The room was fine as was the staff.

The plastic utensils at breakfast were so frail! Attempting to get the butter out of the little individual packets was near impossible. The knife bent and required 2 held together to actually attempt to use the butter. Directions how to use the "toaster" would have been nice or at least someone available to ask.

I appreciated the Desk Exceptional Customer Service by Adrielle, Angelo under the Shift Manager Bernadette and Ms Simone that works the Night Shift. I was able to get an early check-in with the room of my choice. I had my son for the weekend. My fiancee and I were able to celebrate all (3) of our children's Graduation get together in the suite at the Hyatt Place Baltimore Owings Mills. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. It was a wonderful experience, thank you👍👍👍👍👍

Nothing not to like..

The room was very clean and spacious.The shampoo, conditioner and body wash is high quality. Staff is friendly. The swimming pool is a nice size. Breakfast was included , it was very good.

The pool is not heated. It was not ice cold, it was cool.
