The breakfast was excellent. Hot selections included scrambled eggs, sausage, roasted potatoes, grits, waffles, and sausage gravy. Various breads as well as cereals, fruits, juices, and coffee was made available. Ample seating provided for a nicer, less crowded feeling experience.

There was one male housekeeping 5th floor staff person who was extremely rude regarding a simple request to remove some trash...very unnecessary.

The property and staff were very helpful! Couldn't have been nicer. I'd like to state that up front because the price I was charged by booking. Com could have been made better with AARP or AAA or any other discounts. Booking locks in the rates and does not allow for promo codes even though there is a box to "enter" promo codes. I suspect they are booking com codes. Oh well, live and learn. Will go around booking. Com next time for best price to be charged.

The location was great, so close to everything. John was amazing he greeted us as soon as we walked in he was informative, welcoming, and truly kind. Even though the hotel was going through upgrades, it was clean. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was really good.

A little run down. Ceiling tiles were water stand and some were hanging down about ready to fall out. Phone in the room was broke there was no smoke defector in the room. The hall on the 4th floor smelled musty and the ice machines didnot work on floors 4 and 3. The lights in the parking lot were out and it felt very unsafe walking in, it is a very sketchy town.

I like have a hotel catered to my needs the pool was very nice but cold at the same time period all in all the staff was great and wonderful the breakfast was on point. Add location and a lot of stuff to do around it. All in all I will stay here again.

The phone system did not work I had to get a new phone and that 1 did not work. The Wi-Fi needed a lot of work but I had a Wi-Fi device that I brought with me which works great

There should be a larger trash can in room, especially if you’re not cleaning the room everyday; my garbage spilled over to the floor. Hotel price should have been lower for the reason you’re not cleaning room everyday and also Thanksgiving weekend is not one of the busiest, at least not in Covid times.

The room was very clean. Especially the tile floor. Most of the time in hotels, when I pick something up from the bathroom floor my fingers are coated with sticky, black grime. But the floor had been thoroughly washed.Also, breakfast was very good. Even though I went down 15 minutes before closing, the pans were full.

I had coffee it was great,the kids really liked the breakfast! Once I hit the bed I had a great nights rest!

The hotel had construction going on in building.Several parts of the hotel was closed.

It was very comfortable. Just remember to replace linen. I worked at a hotel before and that's the first thing people look at. I mean ours was clean...Please place remote in a plastic bag. Just a reminder to make sure housekeeping dust too! That is all....

The check-in desk is in the wrong spot. Please move desk at the door entrance. I almost didn't find it. This is hospitality...It should be front and center. That is all!!!

Bathroom needed updating..breakfast area tooo hot and 1st time I've seen a sign saying you cannot take food back too your rooml.
