It was quiet, nice location, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was recently updated, and the jacuzzi tub was really nice and helped after working all day long, love the beautiful lake

No breakfast, the ac/heat was loud/broke, all the water lines were reversed, cold hard floors, curtain covering big window needs to be longer to cover door opening. People can see right in your room and if or when you open the door the bed is right there. Made me a little uncomfortable. Some one was in our room with out our permission while we were gone. Took our towels but didn't replace them with clean ones. Didn't close the door all the way so when we came home from working all day the lock/key card wouldn't work. Took 30 minutes to get in our room and our key wouldn't work the rest of the trip. Need more big vehicle/truck parking

stayed here on a Saturday night with family and it was quiet. room was clean and easy to find. parking was good, close to lots of restaurants and an hour from the beach.

very few amenities. very basic accommodations, but it wasn’t dirty or bug infested as other reviewers said. I expected worse, it was fine for a night on our way home from vacation.

they came in my room at 10 am and cleaned it as well as threw away my belongings an hour before check out then started pointing fingers at the front desk saying they were told I checked out when that was obviously a lie. the cleaning staff can’t be trusted at this point

We always stay here when we need a night away from home. We love the spa tub that we get with our king bed. I just wished it was a better location.

close to shopping and restaurants, clean, spacious rooms, pond in back of hotel to sit and relax.

traffic noise (I know they can’t prevent it) was loud in front of the building.

The staff was friendly , bed was comfortable .. enjoyed spending some much needed kid free time away

It's a pet friendly hotel .. which is fine but there was a dog that barked like crazy several times in the night other than that it was great!

The Environment Close By Alot Of Great Shopping Facilities Etc..

No Pool There They Closed It Down..

There was no breakfast, but the location was convenient. The reception was friendly and the room was clean, with decent heat.

For the price, the room was very Spartan and plain.
