We loved the brightness of the room, the bed, the floors were amazing, and the bathroom🤗🤗🤗

The location was great and the entry way with the fire place was a beautiful site.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations and the hostess was really great. The desk staff was also very helpful. The pool was fun for the kids and was clean. The room itself was clean and lovely, just the bed was terrible. My deposit came back quickly. I was worried about that.

Bad first impression. Goose droppings on sidewalk. Front doors were filthy. The bed was like one of the old metal spring mattresses. Noisy and not comfy. The hallway seemed dark and dingey. Hot tub not hot enough. I hope these things get remedied because all in all it was a nice stay and I wouldn’t mind coming back.

REQUESTED UPPER FLOOR ROOM IN ADVANCE; WHEN WE ARRIVED, DESK MANAGER STATED HE DIDN'T RECEIVE MY REQUEST, EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED HIM A COPY OF BOOKING RESERVATION; AS A RESULT, WE WERE PLACED IN A GROUND-FLOOR ROOM & GUESTS ABOVE US STOMPED & MOVED STUFF ACROSS THE FLOOR ALL HOURS OF NIGHT & MORNING MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP; ALSO, CURTAINS IN ROOM WOULDN'T CLOSE & LIGHT FROM GROUND SHOWED THROUGH WINDOW ALL NIGHT; ALSO, RESERVATION STATED WE WOULD RECEIVE FREE BREAKFAST EACH MORNING; HOWEVER, DESK MANAGER ADVISED US AT CHECK-IN THAT THERE WAS NO HOT BREAKFAST AVAILABLE; SO, WE HAD TO EAT BREAKFAST OUT FOR THE 2 DAYS WE WERE THERE, BEFORE LEAVING.

My wife said these were the best hotel pillows she’s ever slept on- so much so that we tried to find and purchase them after our stay! The breakfast was good, and there were still good options available even though we arrived minutes before the end of the breakfast window.

The price!! So expensive. And fire alarm went off in the morning, not actually early but we arrived late. The alarm was legitimate though! A new employee had burned something while prepping breakfast

We ate out for breakfast, they said they only could do continental breakfast due to new health regulations; sorry I don’t believe that was the truth.

Breakfast poor continental service, didn’t eat there. The area was not the best kept, crumbs, finger prints on the counter and table and lack of help to care for the area.

Breakfast was great, very nice selection. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The pillows were flat and the TV remotes were both missing the battery cover and didn't control the TV settings.

I liked that we were on the 1st floor. The pool and hot tub were a plus. everything was clean and easy to access. The wifi was great throughout the building. Location to the Wicomico Youth and Civic center was great. And only a 20 minute drive to the beach

Secluded area. Staff were nice and accommodating. The room was very good for the price. Will stay again.

Only complaint...long strands of hair were found throughout the bathroom. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it was annoying to have to deal with while using the bathroom.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the indoor pool and exercise room. Happy to have the microwave and fridge.

Geese poop outside of hotel and in parking lot. Not the hotles fault the birds were everywhere lol but still Had to be very careful and watch my step to avoid poo on my shoes. Bed was too firm and the pillows were not comfortable to me but the other guest loved the firm bed. Personal.preference.

The property was very attractive and inviting.

The carpet on the 1st Floor was very nasty with black dirt & big black spots which probably is from sport cleats & beverages; therefore the carpet needs to be shampooed immediately. And the tub is not new but appears to be from a salvage and made me not want to shower nor even take a bath. The tub/shower needs to be replaced with a new tub/shower. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay because of the amenities nearness and this helped out our arthritis & sciatic nerve problems.
