Location was good, just minutes off the highway but a little easy to miss if you're not looking for it. The facility was clean, no weird smells. They accommodated my early check-in without an issue. Bed and room were comfortable overall.

My only issue was the carpet was wet in front of the heater/air conditioner unit under the window, and the temp was set to 75 when I walked in, so it was very warm in the room. Didn't affect my stay much, but I'm surprised they just left it that way and didn't tell me about it. I let the front desk know the next morning.

The staff was friendly and informative. I received a good recommendation for dinner at a nearby restaurant. Checkout was quick and easy even though several people were leaving at the same time.

On the whole the breakfast was good. Varied options for cold and hot food. Unfortunately, the hotel was pretty full at breakfast time and there were shortages and waits. The dining area was cramped and there were not enough seats.

Room was very clean and had ample coffee supplies microwave, fridge and towels. I was on floor 4 and it was very quiet. Slept well. Bed was more than comfy. Great electric outlets and even though I had a smallish room, it was more than I needed with a TV, chair, desk area, and great bathroom. I swam in the pool, and it was well maintained. Breakfast was ample and varied. Hot and cold foods, lots of choices. Very handy to 495. I thought it would be noisy, but it was not.

I was totally satisfied.

Comfortable, location

Last time we were here - only a few weeks ago - the breakfast was much better. There was good unsweetened yogurt (this time there was no yogurt at all), more fruit, and the eggs tasted much better. This time, there was no yogurt, no bananas and the eggs tasted like fake eggs.

Very convenient location, common areas were clean & well maintained.

Room service didn’t clean rooms throughout stay, limited breakfast offerings, no fresh fruit. Pool was slightly dirty/looks unmaintained. Chairs appeared old, pavement cracked, etc.

Very Clean, comfortable hotel Friendly staff. safe quiet area near movie theate resturants market shops. Pool on site Close drive to seacoasts of massachusetts and New Hampshire!

Nothing it was all good positive experience

The location was perfect and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had!

We waited over 10 minutes to check in while the evening clerk had a conversation with someone about her personal problems. We were given a room that was unlocked and open. I did not feel comfortable so I asked for another room. Apparently this is a housekeeping technique to show what rooms have been cleaned??

The hotel took a deposit which was refundable within 4 days of check out. It still has not been credited to my account. Almost 1 month after checkout.

I was impressed with the wide variety of breakfast items, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room and most of all bedding, mattress, pillows, sheets, coverings! Beautiful, clean and comfortable.

I liked everything.

Everything was as expected with the exception of the breakfast . The waffle batter dispenser was awkward with either little batter flowing or clumps of batter being dispenced. I also found the eggs a little watery. I did enjoy the lemon water dispenser and coffee bar in the lobby.
