Very kind and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds and facilities. Location is fine, not amazing, but conveniently situated along major roads and a small retail area. Breakfast was okay, plenty of choice, although something unsweetened or less sweetened would have been nice. Great value for money

Shame the pool and gym were not open/functioning, and some more unsweetened breakfast options would have been nice

the pool and gym were closed due to repairs. can’t get to the lobby from my room because not handicap accessible.. I had to use the entrance at the opposite end of the building because it was the one that was accessible for wheelchairs.

the property was fine little bit old but fine the breakfast it was bad no like before was amazing this is not my first time there and I was there with my wife and kid and she went to do something with the key and they said no because it was in my name now I have to consider come back to you property

they change the breakfast and I stay 8 days and never change the sheets

The staff was excellent--very welcoming and pleasant. Our room was huge and very clean. The breakfast was also better than I had expected. And the bed was really comfortable.

My only complaint is that people appear to be living at the hotel. No one bothered us, but when we left the room in the evening, there were a lot of people just hanging around and children were running/yelling in the hallways until kind of late in the evening (around 10 pm).

Not a bad basic hotel. Had everything we needed. Clean.

The computer system was broke down when we arrived and wasn't allowed to check in. Had to leave and wait for them to call us when it got fixed. Long ride down there, just wanted to relax.

the person working the front desk the morning of my arrival day. I had meetings to attend all day and wasn’t going to arrive until 11pm. stopped by to see if maybe I could check in early. it’s fine that I couldn’t however she could have had a better attitude.

We've stayed here many times. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always clean and comfortable and it's quiet.

I would liked to have stayed longer

Ample continental breakfast. Coffee was keurig-style so always fresh. Halls and rooms were clean. Ample parking. Easy stair access to 2nd floor.

I wouldn't ask for more, especially during COVID protocols where many food services are not available.

Very conveniently located near shops and restaurants and protected from freeway traffic noise. Very helpful staff.
