Hampton Inn Boston - Westborough

The staff were in touch before we arrived to ask us for anything that could do for our stay, and it only got better from there. Wonderful people, especially Tiffany. We also think the cleanliness of every part of the facility, and the design and execution of the bathrooms are exemplary. All those aspects would be great if matched by the 4 and 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in in the US and Europe!

Nothing, really. It would be great if the setting were bucolic and like the Scots Highlands or our home in Maine, but then we never would have stayed here, at the junction of the Mass Pike and Route 495!

I was moving out of state and the location was perfect. It was an emotional time for me and both April and Tiffany were among the best I have experienced in this business in a very long time. The attention they gave me during my stay was more than professional, it was very caring.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t “like”, could have been “cooler” in the lobby and elevator

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and had several options. The pool was smaller than expected but it was warm.

The sliding bathroom farmhouse style door was awful. There was no way to lock the door and either side had about a 2-3 inch gap. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom either. Wish there was a microwave in the room instead of a snack drawer

Staff was excellent, I had a horrible headache and front desk were right there with an Advil for me. I really appreciated this! Great breakfast assortment as well with two different waffle flavors, veg omelets, sausages, home fries, and all types of baked goods and cold breakfasts. The pool was nice and warm. I liked that the room had a mini refrigerator for our take out and a lot of different seating spots throughout the room. Also the shower was fantastic and huge. I'm surprised by the 2-star rating as this hotel made me feel like I was on vacation. Definitely would stay again if I'm in the area!

Ac was really loud but it really didn't bother me so much as it did my boyfriend. It brought the room to a very comfortable temperature.

Great place to stay for Boston Marathon weekend!! The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful!

The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice if there was a little more information provided for people competing in the Marathon, such as information about how to get from the hotel to the drop-off point in Hopkinton to get the buses to the starting line. For first-time competitors it would be very helpful!

Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious.

In checking in Phylis took forever and kept acting like there was no clean room. She called head of housekeeping over twice who showed her several rooms. Luckily after about 10 minutes Stacy came over. On a different computer she had us checked in 2 minutes!

it was super clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the bed was very comfortable and I liked the pool and breakfast included. I gave the app and the online che k in snd room key were helpful too.

The woman checking us in was fantastic. It was late and we were tired and she was awesome. The room was clean, cool, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I really loved the Dove products in the bathroom.

Although I love it I just think for the location it is in and in the town it is in the price could be lowered

I loved the beds it was like sleeping on clouds, literally lol.. The breakfast, I mean there's so much variety🙏 Housekeeping ladies are so kind and attentive

The location, not much around but the atmosphere was out of this world....
