Comfort Inn Boston Milford

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable! It was quiet and convenient. A large screen tv, microwave and fridge in the room. Plenty of towels. Location is really easy to access and very near to shopping, dining and attractions (such as Southwick's Zoo). Check in and check out were easy and pleasant. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory for some quick fuel before starting the day. Will certainly look into staying here again in the future!

The elevator was a little shaky feeling and made some strange noises! Nothing major. Entry/front area looked like it was being renovated and a bit disorganized, but once inside , the room we had was really nice and made those things irrelevant!

Breakfast was decent enough for the cost of the stay. I enjoy having the hot breakfast. Liked having access to the coffee and juice machine at all times. Our bed was very comfortable and very clean. I’m paranoid about bed bugs and checked the bed throughly.

The wait for the one waffle maker was kind of long. Should consider adding additional.

I liked the spacious room and LOVE the mini fridge and microwave. I appreciated the ability to grab a quick bite to eat in the morning via the continental breakfast. The little things made a big big difference..

I do wish the cleaning was better. My bathroom had an unpleasant smell that I reported twice. I asked for a thorough cleaning, which they claim to have done, but I saw the same hairs on the floor and in the shower. I resorted to cleaning myself - not ideal.

The bed's was very comfortable the rooms are very nice and they updated everything we are definitely coming back today when I checked out the guy behind the desk offered as some water for our trip home he was very nice

I wish they could clean the floors a little better because I found brownie crumbs on the floor when we got into the room on our first night stay there and they should check the rooms if the trash needs to be taken out and make the beds when the guest are not in the room or check if they needed anything like toilet paper soap something like that

- clean room, easy to get to, plenty of parking, breakfast was good

- we could have used one more chair in our room - room is a bit small with two beds in it - someone was moving our door knob in the middle of the night

My king bed room was large and the mattress was so comfy. The price is affortable for a stay that includes hot/cold contential breakfest.

I stayed on fifth floor so I used the elevator which made lots of noises and sound like it could break down. They need to invest on getting an updated one.

Clean! That was unexpected for the price. Comfy bed, great breakfast! I expected cereal and oatmeal. Got eggs, toast, juice, etc. Staff was friendly. Great location. 2 mins to anything, food, shopping, gas.

The staff was friendly,they don't bother you they always have a smile on there faces, they clean the rooms amazing it's just one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at alot across this country... Also it's 2 seconds of the main highway,

Only that thee window will not open, but I get it..

They cleaned your room. That was so awesome!!!!!!!!! so many hotels do not. I will never stay at a hotel again that doesn’t. I loved that about this place.

the toilet was loose from the floor.

The bed was so comfortable. We had a great night's rest every night we stayed and the room was very clean. It was definitely a quiet stay at the Comfort Inn. We did not hear any loud noise during our stay!

The breakfast area could have been cleaned up a little better. It was a deterrent from me eating breakfast there. For example, the waffle maker had remaining mixture stuck on it.
