Beautiful hotel. Priced reasonably for the season. The front desk is extremely friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was a double queen, nothing fancy but it worked for our family of 4. Definitely clean! The housekeeping was great and we had fresh towels in the morning. If you're staying during a busy weekend expect it to be loud and packed, like at the pool during soccer tournament weekend LOL! The staff is always there to help. I have zero complaints about our stay here and honestly plan on booking them again if I am ever in the area. Plenty of parking!

Not much to dislike. If I HAD to then maybe wish the elevators were bigger LOL!

The room was very comfortable and very clean the mattress on the bed was comfortable. I will say we had dinner in the restaurant and it was the best dinner my husband and I had in a restaurant ever. We both had the salmon and the cook was out standing. I have never given a cook a tip but we gave the cook a tip. The waiter was the greatest so polite he was also outstanding I give the restaurant a 10+.

Nice spacious rooms, accommodating staff, and beautiful hotel overall.

The toiletries in the room were very minimal for this price range. Room service was only provided upon request which ended up being a bit of a hassle as they were not very flexible with this (request needed to be in before a certain hour and for a specific time of the day, so you're likely to not get room service for all the days that you want).

The staff at the front desk were excellent. Staff in the Lobby eating room was also excellent everyone was pleasant and cared about our comfort. The place was clean and the rest rooms were well maintained. Thanks for the nice week end.

The front doors were not easily kept open which was annoying when bringing in several bags and boxes. Lights were out in the area were we were doing our business.

We enjoyed the ambiance of the building and the cleanliness of the hotel. We also enjoyed the multiple entrances. The waitress was super sweet and attentive in the lounge area as well.

We were extremely disappointed with the comfort of the beds. I have never been to a hotel with such a hard, uncomfortable bed. The charging ports on the lights did not work and the closet doors had to remain open because they were broken. By the appearance outside we were disappointed by the bed comfort and lack of things working.

The breakfast it’s good but when you reservation the hotel supposed the breakfast us reservation whit room. It’s more easy for everybody.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately we were not in the hotel for long, arrived at 5 pm and left at 6 am the next morning. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The curtains were sheer and the view was to the parking lot. There was no way to draw the solid curtain across the whole window. The bathroom was a bit dated. The pool hours were too short to actually take a dip after I checked in in the evening.

Beautiful property, great location and very attentive staff. They made sure to accommodate my needs and getting an adjoining room without hesitation.
