Breakfast is better than at most hotels. Fresh oranges, bananas and apples were appreciated. Coffee is excellent. McKenzie was very friendly and helpful. I liked the exercise treadmill and weights. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed having a bathtub in the room but it was a snug fit.

I like to put skim milk in my coffee and tea and didn't find any at this hotel. A salt water indoor pool like the one at Hampton Inn in Natick would be a nice addition to the property. I bigger bathtub in the room would be a plus.

Central location close to Outlets and 495. Hot breakfast had many options and was well maintained. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, mini- fridge, and microwave. There was a nice variety of reasonably priced food items for purchase. Fitness center had late hours.

Interactions with staff could have been improved. Hours for breakfast were not communicated upon check in and I never saw any tables wiped down between guest use during breakfast. The housekeeping staff ignored my do not disturb sign on my door. I had intentionally selected a hotel with a late check out (noon) due to a late night work meeting, but they knocked and woke me up. I would have shared this at check out but no one came to the desk while I waited there before leaving.

The tv channels that were listed on the sheet we were given didn’t match up to the guide on the tv which was extremely frustrating. We had the tech person come up the room, he gave us another remote control but explained that the tv channels don’t match and we would just have to scroll up & down to find channels.

The lady who does the breakfast was on top of her game. Kudos to her!

The first guy we met at the reception was mean. How can u be the first person we meet n u are frowned n ur demeanor is just so intimidating! If we weren't tired from the long ride, we would've found somewhere else. I guess he works the evening shift like 3 pm till whatever, a lil heavyset Caucasian. Saw him the next day spoke to him n he didn't even answer.

Very quiet even though close to main highway. Rooms clean and large as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and they have a heated pool. Restaurants in short walking distance or short drive into Franklin. The property is close to the Wrentham shopping outlet centre and not far from Battleship Cove at Fall River.

very nice and updated. really nice buffet style free breakfast. snacks for sale in the lobby.

not necessarily a bad thing, but there is only an outdoor pool. something to note when picking a place to stay if an indoor pool is something you’re looking for. we did swim in the outdoor pool even though it was chilly out and it was very clean and had lots of seats to sit at.

Scented cleaning or air fresheners were extremely strong. I appreciate the clean/sanitized areas but the scent was a bit strong for me in all areas of the property

Great Breakfast!

A little confusion checking in. Hotel was sold out, we checked in shortly before 3 p.m. and were told there was a problem with our room, apparently the person staying there before hand had not checked out yet. They ended up giving us another room, but not without having a slight heart attack :)

I liked the breakfast set up and variety. I also liked how quiet it was in the hotel. I was on the ground floor but if there was any parking lot traffic, I didn't hear any. I also liked the filtered water dispenser.

The only thing that bothered me was I had to walk all the way into the breakfast room to dump my trash. If there was a second trash between the dining/food area would have been more convenient. Not a big deal, but I felt it was not good to be going behind people preparing their breakfast to dump my trash in the bin.

Great location, clean. Staff was great and attentive. Booking and check-in was a breeze.

The bathtub felt cheap and tired. I could feel it flex when I moved around in the shower.
