Loved the room & tub size, Couch, cooking space and fridge. It really surprised us how roomy it was. We weren’t bumping into each other cooking or just walking. Nice windows with tons of light, got to watch the snowfall after a 60 degree day. That’s New England for ya. My mum always said “if you don’t like the weather wait 10 minutes and it’ll change!”

The bed was dreadful! It felt old, like the hard wire coils. But the pillows were nice.

This was a GREAT stay! The property is VERY clean and the rooms are super large, spacious and well appointed! We really enjoyed having the extra space in the room with a kitchenette and a full seating area. Everything was super clean and the beds were SO comfy! The breakfast was amazing and had everything you could want, including waffles! The pool was great as was the ample parking. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if visiting boston. Needham is a really cute suburb with some great local dining just down the street and not far from Boston at all on the highway, super easy and fast to get into the City while being able to retreat to a large, comfortable and spacious place to stay at the end of a busy day. Loved it and would highly recommend!

Everything was great so it's hard to find something that wasn't to our liking. It is a suburb hotel so the location is not like being in the middle of all the action which could be limiting in some sense, however it made for a quiet and comfortable stay.

I lost a ring that means a lot to me, they found it back for me! Thanks! This hotel looks a lot like the Residence Inn nearby, but it's much newer and the heating doesn't come w/ noise. Cheers to that! The reception desk staffs are super friendly and helpful!

I wish there were more fruits/yoghurt (no sugar added) choices for the breakfast. And please can we have some cinnamon powder for the porridge? When I checked into my room, I found 2 long hair on the pillow...other places are quite clean.

HUGE room. Booked the 2-queen, but it seems like staff upgraded us for no added cost to the suite instead. The suite was great, had a kitchenette with microwave and stovr, necessary kitchen utensils, coffee machine, fridge, good for a stay for a family of 3 or 4. (Could squeeze in up to 6 if 2 sharing each of the queen beds and sofa bed) Good breakfast options: oatmeal, waffles, muffins, cereal, coffee, tea, chocolate, eggs.

Cleaning done only every 4th day of stay, which might disappoint some. Had problems for 2 of my 5 days with key card entry to the room. Staff were very helpful and it was late at night so was not rushing, but it still was a time waster.

Great location to a week long medical appointment I had nearby. Room size is great, everything is clean, kitchenette is a definite plus and has all the necessary items. Bathroom is the right size, desk with comfortable office chair was perfect for working in between appointments. New equipment in exercise room. Small pool but I didn't use it. I found the room had mostly everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The towels are like sandpaper. One of the table lamps didn't work- but enough lights in the room that it really wasn't an issue. Overall quiet except the daily 5.50 am garbage truck. Breakfast was ok but could do better with a bit of variety.

CLEAN ROOMS, FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING STAFF. We appreciated being checked-in earlier than the normal check- in time of 3pm especially as we arrived around 9am after a 9.5 hour flight from Hawaii. The front desk agent was very accommodating and checked us in as soon as a room became available about 1.5 hours later.

Location. Would have preferred to be closer to town.

I thought the actual property was relatively new and genuinely pleasant. Everything on site met my expectations. There were plenty of parking spaces. I like the general idea of offering breakfast and, although I did not have time to eat, everything smelled good and inviting. I got what I wanted when I booked the room.

I cannot think of anything I did not like.

The space was nice to be able to spread out. Having a, the fridge and dishwasher was handy. Great to have a double cup coffee maker, and a mobile desk was great.

The shower took several minutes to get hot water. Front desk said there was no housekeeping except on request, but we still got it anyways. Bit of a disconnect between the front and back of house. Only one elevator was working.

The breakfast options and condition of the hotel were good and the staff was very helpful.

Stayed here many times before but this time the water pressure and hot water in the shower was not good.

Service crew was fantastic, friendly all the time. Super deluxe room was excellent, all our rooms were as expected. Nice quiet neighbourhood, safe for a morning run.

It was unfortunate that the dining hall had an infrastructural accident during my stay and AC was weak for the remaining days. But we survived with the ceiling fan so the establishment had a good backup plan.
