Your staff were very helpful in getting me the extra coffee supplies, toilet paper etc that we needed as we opted not to have our room made up during g our 3 nite stay but found we ran out of things cause room was sparsely stocked.

Our reservation was for 3 people and there was only bath towels and washcloths in bathroom for 2 people. Had to call front desk for more but my husband and I had to share a towel that morning . Also that parking is not included in hotel rate and that we had to pay $16 extra each nite. This was not explained in the booking site.

Our room was clean and comfy. Great lighting on the bathroom mirror! The restaurant had great food, too. We had breakfast there for 2 days. We had both the buffet and menu items. The wait staff was so friendly and cheerful. Also LOVED that there was a Starbuck's in the lobby. Nice to have on the way out the last morning.

My only "complaint" with the room concerned the TV. It appeared that I needed to plug in some tablet or laptop to watch any shows?? Basic live TV was non-existent. Most likely, it was operator error on my part, and it was okay as I wanted to read before sleeping, anyway.

We needed this hotel as a stop-over outside Boston, after coming off a flight from the UK, and before heading to the Berkshires the next day. As such it was perfect for us. Diner was decent bar food, served by a friendly, helpful waitress, and the breakfast buffet the next day was large and varied, making the kids particularly happy. There was also a pool for them to play in for an hour or two before we continued our journey. Everyone was very pleased with the choice.

The property itself is older, but they have made a great effort to update and improve the facilities. The grounds were beautiful. The setting was right on the Charles River, with outdoor seating to take advantage of the location. A lovely gazebo and a pond were also located on the large expanse of green space. Near the property was a marina where you could rent watercraft to leisurely paddle the river.

As mentioned, the property was older, and there was some need of repair on the balcony. Only the second floor of the property had balconies. Unfortunately, a large event tent sat squarely in front of our balcony, obscuring most of the view of the river. It was not in use the weekend of our stay, but, I can imagine the noise might be a problem for those rooms facing the river if there was an event.

The property had a stunning view, beautiful to see the fall foliage. It was really convenient, close to major roadways. The staff at the front desk was excellent, a pleasure to deal with!

The stay was fantastic, the only negative thing I can think of was the road work being done by the entrance, however that was out of the Marriott's control since it was being done by the township

The front staff where great and handled everything smooth with the amount of people checking in and were very pleasant

The onsite restaurant was awful the water there was one of the worse i have ever had not tentative, not respectful and cared less of me and my 2 kids as customers. The food was over priced for what you receive and the kids meals were not appetizing

concierge was great. Breakfast items were great (except the billing issue, see comment below). It was clean. Bar was great. We loved it.

Breakfast issue. We paid for the breakfast for the family of four (two parents, and two kids) when we booked the hotel (it asks number of people and age too). However, at the hotel, during the breakfast, the staff stated that only two are covered, NOT all four, and said "but we will take care of you.") I spoke also to the concierge as well but she said I do not need to pay. Issue was that I have to state that rest of the two mornings too so that they would not charge to my room. If you fix this, that would be great.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We were given a free buffet breakfast. Bed was slightly worn-in on the side that I slept on.

The room we booked was supposed to be a king sized bed. Our room was two queen beds. I know there was a price difference but when I questioned the front desk I got the run around answer. Tried to request wash-clothes as the cleaning crew forgot to leave them and the staff member we spoke to didn't speak/understand English??

staff were lovely, beds comfortable and the parking is a bonus.

no fault of the hotel but the construction made walking to shops/restaurants difficult. also the balcony room i booked through this site was right behind the event tent - so instead of sitting quietly looking out at the lake I had loud music and screaming teens from bat mitzvah party

it was a good hotel, nothing more nothing less.

no breakfast with the room included, at $220 a night it should be. the hotel charges $23 for a Breakfast buffet. i refuse to pay $23 for hotel bacon and eggs and concentrated orange juice, and watered down coffee, i went and got food off the property. hotel store in lobby closes, cant buy bottles water or snacks after a certain time. hotel store in lobby rings sales from the Starbucks built in, waiting on like almost 7 mins to buy water while the one employee took 7 mins to make one persons coffee drink order. with 3 more people online, i put the water back and went to wawa for water. where obviously its also cheaper
