Rooms are a good size. The pools are great. Close to everything. Good WiFi. Room staff always available and quick to provide what you need for your room without question. Breakfast is okay. Secure location.

Bed are better than most hotels but could be softier. Parking at night is tough. Our toilet kept getting clogged. Outdoor pool closes early and indoor pool closes at 9am. Not many pool towels available.

The smell of the Indian food permeating throughout the halls. The beds were too hard. I haven’t received my $100.00 deposit back.

LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. WE DID NOT FIND ANY TRAFFIC NOISE IN OUR ROOM, DESPITE BEING LOCATED ON RT. 28.

WE WERE DISAPPOINTED THAT THERE WAS AN EXTREMELY LIMITED PLACE TO HANG CLOTHES. SOMETHING SHOULD BE ATTACHED TO THE WALL OR PLACED IN THE ROOM. THE LACK OF ANY CLOSET SPACE WAS BAD. THE BREAKFAST WAS FAIR. THE PASTRIES WERE TERRIBLE. WE WENT TO DUNKIN DONUTS SEVERAL MORNINGS.

Great food in Indian restaurant in Hotel. Freshly prepared and tasty and served in beautiful plates. Hotel is completely renovated recently including rooms, exterior all around and so looked Great. They also had 2 EV charges ( Level2) which was great to recharge overnight.

shower/toilet room does not have sink and u have to use the sink thats outside of bathroom(not a issue...just little strange). Continental breakfast was free, but the staff looked like counting for penny for keeping Paper plates, cups, spoons and keeping bagel, bread supplies. being Holiday wkend, hotel was full n keeping 10 count bagel, breads would no way be enough. And how much does this cost to buy in Store....$5 or $10...is the hotel counting to save on those....while guests pay for peak summer season rates not counting on paying $100 or $ 200 more than normal rates/ day ???

Rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Front desk staff were friendly check in easy. Parking near room. well presented on the outside and in the lobby/common areas.

Breakfast provided was poor quality and with few options - cold only. Seating area was adequate but not overly inviting. Staff member assigned to the breakfast area was abrupt, almost surly and absent when we needed assistance. Compared to other properties on our trip the room rates were expensive.

The location is very close to Hyannis Ma. The beds are very comfortable Queen beds. The hotel has quiet hours at 10 pm to 9 am. Great for Sleeping! No phone in room how bizarre! They were going to place a phone in the room after I left it needed to be programmed to the room number.

Not having a phone to call the lobby! Once booking has the reservation paid there is no backing off a night on multiple nights stay!

I love the indoor pool, and the Indian restaurant is very very good inside! It’s very convenient and the food is exceptional! Great place to eat when you don’t want to go out and try to find somewhere.

honestly, my only complaint is sometimes the outdoor door latches. Don’t work to get into the building with your card. Everything else is excellent!

Upon checking in I was given the wrong room and was told that the suite I reserved with booking.com is not available and that they did not see a booking for a suite. I was placed in a standard 2 queen room if I wanted to stay.

it’s not everyday that I can brag about a fabulous stay on the cape! you guys have made me very happy! nice location, accommodating and friendly staff, and the rooms omg! . I walked in and the room was very cool, clean as can be and the beds are soooo comfy!!! very happy customer and I have signed up for rewards program and will be back next week!! thank you!

Breakfast was a joke. All other bkfst fir in house guest included waffles, eggs, sausage & bacon, juice, never ending coffee, toast, bagels. This poor selection was quickly scoffed up and coffee pot was always empty Marriott company would be very sad to see what was presented

Oops. Too one was bad. Good was staff and manager .. not one front desk staff member was bad. First impressions were good and friendliness was constant
