What we enjoyed was the location of the hotel. It was within a short walking distance of restaurants and stores. It also was a short drive to the beach and other local attractions. As we brought a dog, we appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was. There was a nice area outside to walk our dog. Even though we didn't get a chance to visit the indoor and outdoor pools, the other guests gave great reviews. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic every day. That was one less meal we had to think about.

The only thing that can't be helped is the hotel entrance and exit are on a main road. Luckily there was always someone open to letting us cut in, but sometimes it's a bit of a wait to get out of the parking lot. So, that's something to remember if you have somewhere to be.

The manager who first greeted us (a woman) she was amazing & so king and helpful. She checked us in, got my other family members into rooms earlier than scheduled check in and just was very helpful. She was also very kind every time we saw her around the property!

However there was a male employee who was very rude and was definitely having a bad day or doesn’t like his job because he was not kind at all. He was not willing to help with much at all and his facial expressions & tone were always negative.

My kids loved the pool, the cookies at night, and breakfast was fantastic. Bonus coffee all day, which we love and need with 2 little ones.

The pool towels are like face towels :( and there's never enough of them. I had to keep asking every time we used the pool. We asked for the room to be cleaned and it never happened.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the place was immaculate. I also enjoyed the home made chocolate chip cookies they put out at night for their guests. Check in and check out were a breeze.

My only minor complaint was the lack of cups in the fitness room (they have a water cooler, but no cups).

The breakfast tasted good. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. I was impressed with the service I received when checking into the hotel. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

I would have liked to see a greater variety of flavors for the yogurt. I would also have liked it if all guests were required to wear a mask when helping themself to food. Finally, gloves were placed in the serving area but almost no one wore them thus creating a risk to all guests eating from the self-serve breakfast.

super friendly staff -very accommodating ( I had just had surgery so needed extra pillows and asked for an extra hour at check out-they could not have been nicer !!

all the nice amenities!! Love , love ,love the infused water ! coffee in lobby is great -and my husband set an alarm so he wouldn’t miss the cookies !

Staff was very friendly and supporting. Checkin and checkout was uncomplicated. A good location to explore Cape Cod. Italian restaurant nearby was great.

Except fot the Italian restaurant there were no dining possibility in walking distance.

We’ve been to this hotel location and always we’ve had an amazing time!!

Well the only thing that we can say is when we wanted to have breakfast some of the item used to run out and the waiting time was a little longer than before.

Was not happy about breakfast as i love homemade things. That the hot tub was not available.

Mario at the front desk was the best!! very helpful and was on top of everything we needed and he did it with a smile and genuine happiness. everyone needs a Mario
