The bed was super comfortable! The desk attendant was very nice and the housekeeper who cleaned my room the next day, returned my AirPods that I left on the bed. That’s a 10!

In fantastic location. Staff are excellent and is a very peaceful and relaxed place to spend time. Has a maintained it’s family run, boutique feel, despite recently being sold to a large corporation.

The only thing I would say is that the bathrooms possibly could be modernised, but in all honesty, that is a minor observation and certainly wouldn’t deter me from returning or recommending to others

The location, the service, and amenities are outstanding. We stayed one night and ended up coming back over the week two times more. The rooms have Cape Cod charm and the accompanying decks and balconies have wonderful chairs raised for the view. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Eva, the general manager, is the best and also made our dog feel so welcomed. Great area to walk the dog filled with new sights and sounds. Beautiful views, serene, and quiet yet walkable to some great restaurants that were also very welcoming with our dog.

The location and view is beautiful. This is a wonderful hotel that has all the right stuff -- a beautiful heated outdoor pool and beautiful area, super clean rooms, and a very friendly and helpful staff.

A better breakfast option that does not require payment would be nice. We stay at many hotels and this is one of the first ones that we did not have at least a continental breakfast option that is included in the price of the room.

Taps in bathroom were difficult to use

the location was fantastic, overlooking the marina at Hyannis, and only a short walk to the ferry ports and to main street. this is such a peaceful spot. the room was spacious and comfortable with a really large TV and everything we needed. There is a lovely swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring the cape. the staff here are really helpful and friendly also. A real gem of a hotel and no doubt when we return to cape cod we will look to stay here again

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The manager even upgraded us to a balcony room at no cost without us asking. Such a wonderful surprise! Beautiful views of Hyannis Harbor from our balcony and the heated pool was so relaxing. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. The King sized bed was very comfortable.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The only downside was that breakfast was an extra charge but still a reasonable cost for a hot buffet styled breakfast with coffee, juices, etc. and served in the beautiful sunroom overlooking the pool and harbor.

Perfect location, beautiful outdoor spaces, room was large and very comfortable bed.

A little snafu with booking.com, the hotel never received my booking although it was paid in full. They were able to offer a room upgrade at no extra charge. Breakfast is not free and not great. Lots of choices nearby so not a big deal

The view was amazing, and the property was well maintained. Grass is so green and the pool was nice and clean. I liked the different areas to sit and look at the boats.

I didn't like how they charged again for our dog. Making the reservations we included a dog and child in our stay. That should have been included in the price we already paid. Also buffet should be included. Not really child friendly

Room was clean, shower had good pressure, swimming pool view from room, small porch with harbor view, one block walk to ferry to Nantucket, few blocks walk to Main St/Restaurants, fire pit at night was a bonus, Great staff & pet friendly
