Courtyard by Marriott Ann Arbor

I did not have breakfast, but the coffee was great! I had taken a few dinners to go...the beyond burger and the flatbread. Both were delicious! I was very impressed, especially because we are in the restaurant business. Even the coffee in the room made with coffee pods was excellent! The is a nice selection of drinks at your lovely bar, too.

It would be great if you could upgrade your old computers in the lobby. Even the computers that are used for printing out boarding passes need to be newer.

It was a great hotel, the reception and the staff were very good, the lobby is spacious and its seating is wonderful and comfortable. The hotel is clean in general. I also liked the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom, the corridors leading to the rooms, the gym was clean and its equipment was good and clean, but I wished that the weights of the dumbbells were more varied, but in general the hotel is good, the price is good and the service is very good

Loved the pool/patio view. Great place for business/leisure with both family and groups. Very nice and clean lounge/work area.

Would love a private microwave as I didn't realize there was one at the marketplace until the final evening. Also, one evening asked to exit pool upon closing, next night watched another group being allowed to swim almost one additional hour after closing. And yes I did check to see what the hours were for the day. Didn't bother me but bothered the kids. Otherwise no biggie. Would still go back.

The breakfast was beyond our expectations. It was pricey but delicious.

The toilet paper and tissue was stiffer than cardboard. We ran out of tissue when we most needed it as in early morning. Didn't want to go to the lobby with our pajamas on. Also not having a microwave in the room was a bummer.

The location was close to I-94 which was so easy to get to and leave from. I have stayed here on a few occasions before and have been very satisfied with the cleanliness and friendly staff.

Really hard to say anything bad, we got what we expected in all areas and were satisfied with the experience.

We’ve stayed twice. Rooms are always clean property is also clean. Loved that it was close to our daughter’s dorm.

I’m a bit particular about the bathrooms and felt that it could have been a little cleaner. Also, the knob for the sink was a bit rusty.

This hotel is nice. A little older building, I believe renovated on the inside. The staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean. Great pool - nice size, slightly heated. Slightly pricier than other hotels in the area, but also a better hotel.

Continental breakfast was a grab and go bag. It was nice that they offered anything, but I would recommend just hopping to a diner or grabbing a bagel from Bagel Fragel.

Room was clean and quiet. Location was close to the freeway, easy to find, convenient parking. Starbucks coffee onsite a plus.

Sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Cute and stylish but no back support anywhere.

Our room smelled like someone who stayed prior to us had been smoking. I have asthma and am very sensitive to cigarette smoke. I know it's a non smoking facility but someone didn't follow the rules.

Wonderful room layout! Clean spaces. Bathroom had hot water. The essentials were covered excellently.

I wish they had free water, because buying that at the lobby was expensive. Also the view of the carpark wasn't exactly awe-inspiring, but that's not important to me.
