The hotel was exactly as described. The room was quiet except for hearing a young child running on the floor above around 10:45 pm. That did not last very long though and we were able to go back to sleep. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The lobby was beautiful and clean as well. I love that they had hotel umbrellas for guests to borrow in the lobby! :). We also liked that breakfast was an optional service for an additional fee.

Maybe if we would have selected a room on the 4th floor, we may have not heard footsteps above us from time to time. The bed was a little harder than I was used to.

The staff was very polite friendly and very customer servicing. I also enjoyed the pool area with the splash pad and the soundproof rooms really we're very quiet so they're very nice I would do it again but I think the room was small for the price I think the room might have been about 300 ft where for the pricing I've been in rooms that are about maybe 450 ft so a little pricey but it was nice

I guess the only thing would be the pricing because everything else is great also because of the pandemic I think their services were limited and the food areas in the bar so I think that was another deterrent that it wasn't open for a lot more time but otherwise really there was no complaint

Very nice throughout, newly refurbished. Surprisingly quiet and well sound-proofed room considering it's next to an interstate. First hotel I've ever stayed at with shades that actually block outside lights

Nothing to detract from this visit

We stayed here for one night as a rest stop before our final destination. Hotel was easy to find, and ample parking and near restaurants. The front desk was friendly and courteous and eager to help answer our questions. Room was clean and bed and pillows were comfortable and ample towels. We were there on a Sunday, would have liked to have sat at the bar for a drink but it was closed. Breakfast was not included but available. It was quickly prepared and served with a smile

There was not anything for me to say negative about our experience here.

My family was visiting the University of Michigan and the location was close and convenient. Restaurant and bar inside of the hotel was great. Jamie the bartender was top shelf. I would highly recommend this hotel while visiting Ann Arbor.

I wish the restaurant and bar stayed open longer during weekend hours.

My family and I had a great time! The pool was awesome and the staff was really great. The only negative comment I have would be the shower floors are very slippery, and there is not guide on the tv. Other than that, it was awesome, and we’ll 100% return in the future.

I liked the pool area for smaller kids. Room was clean and somewhat comfortable.

The staff were not happy that I booked through a third party and made it known at check in when there were issues with food vouchers. They were not able to provide me with pricing that was stated in my reservation.

The continental breakfast was very standard. The prices of everything are high, this continental breakfast was overpriced as well. The server who was attending the breakfast was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed are visit with her!

The prices were a bit high but they are everywhere so this is no surprise.

The pool for the kids

I couldn't have My king bed. Next to the kids room. The housekeeper did not knock before trying to enter the kids room. That was a big no no and not acceptable. It scared them.

The pool was great for kids, the food tasted great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bartender made an amazing Spanish coffee!

The room had some areas that needed cleaning better...pee around the toilet, found a twizzler down the side of the bed. Nothing major but a little more attention needed.
