When I entered the room I was empressed with the decor seemingly cleanliness, which I will address later. I assume the hotel is still underwing renovations. We would stay there again. It was nice to walk wherever we wanted to go!

Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning, like dusting all parts of the furniture! They put us in a handicap room that we didn’t need nor request. Breakfast o.k. But sausages were definitely over cooked!! Couldn’t get coffee maker to work. TV channel listing did not match very, very frustrating and night clerk didn’t help! I actually lost my temper because I was so annoyed. I do apologize to her but fix the problem!!!!overall

Location was great, room was clean. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool. Check-in was easy.

Should have 4 sets of towels in rooms with 2 queen beds, key card wouldn't unlock door at end of building where our room was. Someone had propped the door open with the rug which resulted in the floor becoming very slippery due to the humidity. Also the door that hides the mini fridge wouldn't stay shut, a magnet was missing, minor but an inconvenience since the door was always open in the walkway.

The staff was friendly and professional. From Benjamin at the front desk and Tiffany and her daughter in house keeping and the guys who took care of the continental breakfast outstanding. This is why I have stayed in the same hotel for 4 years running. And because of the facility that my buddies seen and my talk of the staff they will have more business next year. Keep up the good work!! See you next year!!!

Maybe a microwave in the room.

Breakfast was beyond my expectation. Location was good. The room we were assigned was by the pool but I explained to the man checking us in that due to a chlorine allergy that was not acceptable. He efficiently switched us to a different room.

We were given the room key to room 233. The bathroom door was distressed, not what I expect at a Wyngate. There is a high pitched ?rlectrical? Hum that can be heard in the room.

The room was gorgeous. The beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable! The fridge worked like a dream! Would definitely come back for another stay :)

I made the reservation 2 months ago the pool was open I called and asked well when we walked in the pool was closed! I said something to the lady behind the counter whom was SO RUDE! Said guess you should have checked the site we posted it everwhere! Well I made the reservation 2 months ago so no I didnt recheck! But other then the rude receptionist everything was great!

Easy access off highway. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The only negative was the breakfast. Biscuits and gravy and waffles along with bagels , cereals and muffins. There was also yogurt but no fresh fruit. There was no decaf coffee at breakfast but there was a keurig in the room with one decaf pod.

The location was good. Pool was nice. Breakfast was excellent.

There were lots of children in the hotel. Their parents let them run all evening so there was lots of yelling and door slamming. Even though it stopped by quiet time it was still disturbing. Also for some reason we were given a handicapped accessible room. The shower set up did not work well because it kept falling off the wall. Also there was not a lot of sink space because it was left open for wheel chair access.

Location, staff and facility. Second year in a row using the hotel and the staff was warm, welcoming and courteous. Be back next year again.

Only thing to do different is add a second dryer to guest laundry area on second floor and add a guest laundry area on the main floor.

Location. Close to restaurants, stores, gas stations. Older facility but clean. Big room..

Our room had a slight musty smell/odor. I couldn't tell where it was coming from in the room. I didn't notice it anywhere else in the hotel.

The location was great! Breakfast was good and well stocked. Coffee was wonderful. The bes was comfy and rooms were comfortable. We loved being next to restaurants and stores that were in easy walking distance.

We were looking forward to the pool amd hot tub but when we got there they would not up and runnning. This was disappointing since we paid a little more to stay here because of the pool and hot tub.
