Courtyard Detroit Dearborn

The hotel is in a good location for access to Detroit and many freeways as well as the Henry Ford Museum. The only negative the breakfast process was not explained at the time of check in, therefore we did not get breakfast, this was refunded, which was appreciated. The pool area is nice but the water a bit chilly. Overall, would definitely consider again if in the area, really liked the first-floor courtyard room.

The only real negative breakfast which was pre-paid was not the typical buffet breakfast, which was not explained at check in, the kitchen closed at 9:30, therefore we did not get the breakfast, the hotel did refund.

They allowed us to check in 15 minutes early. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in showing us how to get to our room. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, the room had a balcony which I thought was very cool. I would stay here again, if I were in the area.

They only had feather pillows, which I don't prefer. We didn't have a chance to try the restaurant inside the hotel, so I'm not sure what the food is like.

We traveled to Dearborn to take in a Detroit Tigers game. Downtown hotels are expensive, and I had stayed in Dearborn previously. It's a short drive to downtown and Comerica Park. This hotel has free onsite parking, which is also a plus. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions on how best to get to the park and about nearby stores that had items we had wanted to purchase. The location is near the Ford factory and administrative buildings, so it's a bit remote in that sense, but it was fine for our purposes. The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The property has a small indoor pool and a fitness center.

The hotel has just one elevator, at the far end of the building away from reception. This could present an issue for those with limited mobility. We had breakfast at the 'bistro' since there were no other options within walking distance. Though the food was good, the number of options on the menu could have been more numerous.

The staff was extremely helpful, conversational, and pleasant. The room was clean and perfect for our convenience. I wished breakfast was included because Bistro is way too expensive for me!!!

I didn't like that breakfast was not included. The prices I saw on the Bistros menu were ridiculous!!! Stopped at Cracker Barrel on the way home, my entire meal was equal to the cost of an item on Bistros menu!!!

Lots of parking and easy to get to and from airport and Henry Ford Museum. Onsite food and bar good to have and was very quiet but we did use one night as we arrived late. Room enormous. Beds comfortable.

Some noise from other rooms could be heard, especially at 3am when the next door room got up and put TV on at normal volume! Hotel probably used for people either going to and from airport or working at Ford, so early starts and room noise is likely to be regular.

The staff make this hotel! Super accommodating and helpful. Other reviews talk about it being dated - but P-lease. It’s plenty updated and SPOTLESS. The bistro served (honestly) the best “included” breakfast we’ve ever had. We also decided to stay in one night and got a salad from the bistro which was excellent.

The furniture was old and worn I was scared to sit on it for 200 hundred a night it wasn’t worth it. I had to call to have the room deodorized because it smelled old and stalled. I will not be back

The facilities were clean and attractive. The pricing was fair, especially for the last minute. We felt safe and we were close to downtown Detroit.

The only thing that could have been better was the noise from the guests next door. They weren't particularly loud, the walls just seemed thin.

The staff was amazing, check-in went very smooth and the receptionist gave great recommendations on places to eat and visit nearby. The hotel is also close to important shopping centers where you can get things nearby. We chose this location to go to a concert downtown.

there was no breakfast but the place was close to where we were going it was comfortable and clean. came for the Ford Museum. the staff I encountered were very courteous and friendly I just didn't see very many of them.

the staff was unable to tell me how I could hook my Roku up to the hotel television. also many amenities in the hotel were down I assume because of covid and staffing issues but there was no bar there's nothing open really.
