Best Western Greenfield Inn

I stayed for here with my daughter for 28 days. Hotel was close to highway but was quiet. Check in & check out was quick. Room was clean, beds were good, breakfast was included in tariff. All the staff I encountered were pleasing and helpful, enough car parking was available. Hotel looked safe to me. They have laundromat available in premises was really a bonus for long stay travelers. They have small shop close to reception was really helpful.

Don't have significant issues. More variety could have been included in breakfast. Complimentary water bottles were not included.

This place is 💯 fantastic!! Location, price, parking, friendly staff, layout, compfort, amenities, ... I could go on but Jorge in the bar/ lounge was interacting with a group that were ordering drinks when we walked in to order one after I ordered my first one I asked him what time they closed he said 10 pm, looked at my phone it was quarter to 11 he said they were here so he stayed a little later, he bought me a beer and chatted for a bit. One of the nicest people on the planet!!! He treated me like I was sent there by his boss lol That is more than above great service- we will be back for sure. Overall experience a 30 out of 10

The place is great!! very clean rooms, hotel and pool area! it was such a great stay, all of the staff we friendly and helpful, housekeeping were kind, grabbed trash every time we needed with a baby! we could exchange towels as needed as well. asked for a room close to the pool they didn’t disappoint! The pool is very nice, large space, beautiful gym with multiple pieces of equipment, weight bench, dumbbells, cable weight set, fresh clean water, fans and an AC in the gym. There is a nice sauna next to the jaczuzzi tub that is quite large with standing and sitting room. The pool leads out to the garden area with gazebos, a grill and chairs. the location is great 11 minutes to the airport, 16 minutes to Detroit! close enough to all the things to do, but in a calm convenient location. there is a shopping plaza a mile away with a Target, TJ max or marshals, and food places. The staff was amazing, breakfast is included and is a set up in their restaurant as a buffet and then regular dining seating with booths or tables. The variety was great for picky people, eggs daily, some days it was sausage others bacon or ham. It changed between pancakes, waffles and French toast, plus they had gravy and biscuits one day, juice station, coffee station, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, yogurts, bagels, toast, English muffins, cereal bar, donut holes. They kept it full stocked the entire breakfast time up until closing. This was the best place and we were so happy to stay, we will definitely utilize this hotel and recommend it to anyone going to the Detroit area!!!!!!

The only thing we didn’t love was the pool closing everyday from 11-1, yes they close to ensure on time checkouts, however I think that could be 11-12 and not two hours. The maintenance guy said it only takes a hour for his chemical days and it’s not daily. This policy kind of sucks, I know it’s to keep people checking out, but it is a large part of the day if you are there for swimming and enjoying time away!

Very comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast was different each morning. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Close to the Henry Ford and Hitsville USA. Generous amount of parking. We would stay again if in the area.

We were going to sit in the hot tub & relax after a busy day, but when we entered the pool area at 830pm, there was no relaxing. Kids of all ages, along with 2 adults, were already in the hot tub. I counted 7 kids, looking to be from preschool to teens, in the spa. The sign right above clearly said no one under 18 allowed. We sat in the sauna for a bit, then returned to the room.

The location was perfect for getting to the Henry Ford Museum. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and on point. Loved the restaurant on premises and they had excellent food and drink selection for dinner and the service was outstanding! Breakfast buffet was a nice touch as well plus you can order off of a menu if wanted and the fresh fruit and a buffet of condiments for oatmeal if you like Oatmeal

The hallways are a little loud with kids running around but to be expected when the Hotel is full. I feel the selection of hot food on the buffet could have been better (eggs, french toast and ham was all there was for hot selection) Not everyone like a certain meat served on specific days but what we did have tasted good.

this property is a bit dated so you see and can appreciate the history of it.

the only thing i didn’t like was the front desk employee who selected our room did not mention that it would be on the whole other side of the hotel( long long corridors). so we were walking with our luggage and got lost until a hotel manager showed us our way and noted it would be much easier to park around the back and enter through the back entrance. the front desk employee should really tell guests their best way to find their rooms. other than that our stay was pleasant.

Stayed here several times as it's close to family and happy to return. The beds were firmer this time and that helped my back a lot. Room, pool area, lobby, and restaurant were clean. We got an "over sized" double queen bedroom which was quite spacious. Parking lot well lit and access to all doors except the main require a key entry which makes us feel safe. Complimentary full breakfast is always hot and plentiful. (Psst, Please get flavored creamer!) Front desk staff was very courteous. Hotel mini store well stocked. We love the koi pond and courtyard gazebos!

One of the USB ports on the nightstand was broken. We could hear some metallic grinding noise all night (the boiler?). There was a constant smell of marijuana in the halls that leaked into our room. You could smell it standing in the bathroom. In room mini fridge didn't seem to get cold enough to store food (we felt it safer to leave our leftovers in the car as it would be colder outside).

The proximity to Greenfield Village and the free Shuttle was a real bonus . The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and varied

The staff at reception were not overly friendly or helpful. They did their job but did not go beyond. They did not always give correct information about the hotel facilities. Not what I would expect from Best Western. Whilst I understand the hotel was on 'light housekeeping ' the coffee was not always refilled , the bed was not made and the bathroom was not cleaned daily. Not the service I would expect for the price paid. If this was the service they proposed it would be helpful to know this at the time of booking.

Hotel is nice and very clean . Rooms are nice and spacious. We stayed here because we lost power at our home for 3 days . they have laundry facilities which was great for us . They have 3 washers and 3 dryers . Kids loved the pool. Much larger than most hotels we’ve stayed at and the Jacuzzi was pretty big . Pool room was nice and clean . A lot of seating areas . Hotel staff is very friendly too . Free breakfast buffet which was very good . A lot to choose from . Definitely recommend this hotel .

price was a bit high

The property is located very close to Greenfield Village. The breakfast offerings were pretty standard. Beds were comfortable. We ate dinner at the on-site restaurant and it was amazing. I highly recommend the fish and chips.

The pool is nice and big, but there were several children in the pool with inflatables. At one time I counted ten of them, and teenage boys were having canon ball contest, which made relaxing at the pool impossible.
