The pool and the lobby seating area was nice. The breakfast was good.
No hot tub nor being told ahead of time that the hot tub was out of order. Was big part of booking this and primary amenity we looked forward to.

I liked the comfort of the furniture. I liked the bathroom separate from the room. I liked having a microwave and refrigerator. The parking lot was convenient, plenty of places to park. There was outdoor areas for the children to play.
The cabinets and tables were very dusty. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. The chair had visible stains. The carpet needed a good vacuuming. There was a foul odor outside the building (just saying- do not think you could control that).

Disappointed that the bar was not open on a Saturday. Had a large group of family staying here and would have liked to stay on site for a drink.

This Quality Inn was very nice, the rooms were bigger than other Quality Inns we have stayed at, the pool was very nice as well. We will come back next time we go to Escanaba.
There were a group of Migrant workers hanging around and cooking in their room. It left a terrible odor in the hall which seeped into our room. The very helpful staff moved us to another room.

The stay itself was great. It was quiet and convenient. They allow pets which I think is fantastic.
The rooms could be a little cleaner. There's very thick dust on the wall near the heater/ac unit and in the bathroom vent. I know these aren't particular places for maids to clean but should be look over once in awhile.

Vanity and sink were broken in the room - a couple other small things were broken. Maintenance was definitely not staying up on their task

The staff! Everyone was super nice and helpful.
There were cosmetic things that need fixed. Hot tub paint is pealing off. One section of the wall paper in our room needs glued back down.
