The front desk staff was great (MJ). The room was clean and well stocked with items needed for my stay. Everything was close as in restaurants and shopping. Had a great breakfast selection.

Only thing that I did not like the next day was called stating my credit card on file somehow got erased and needed information again. Which I did not give and felt kind of odd to me.

Spacious, well laid out rooms. Kitchenette. Comfortable king bed.

BBQ did not have propane. The jets in the hot tub in the pool area were not working.

Payment system should have flexibility for customers to pay for full stay up front rather than have their cards authorized and charged at intervals.

the 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms was perfect and very comfortable for a group of girls celebrating. it is a short drive or Uber ride from downtown Grand Rapids, many stores and restaurants are just a couple minutes away. it is a beautiful hotel. the pool looked beautiful, I’m sad we didn’t have time to use it!

Very nice place to stay and my dog 🐕 also loved it The laundry mate was a plus at no extra cost Gym was nice and so was the outdoor pool and area

We stayed in a two bed suite and we were very comfortable sleeping in our beds! The breakfast was so good! Also, I am doing a fitness program called 75 hard and their gym and outside safe walking paths were perfect for my needs.

The hotel seems a little older, but it was clean, in an excellent location, friendly staff, great breakfast and, although we didn’t bring our dog, the hotel is animal friendly.

this was a great hotel an the manager was exceptional!!!! he was short staffed and was running all over the place but always friendly and helpful. Can not say enough good about him or our stay.

Staybridge is a beautiful place to stay. It’s clean and nicely decorated. The staff are friendly as very helpful. The kids loved the pool, the windows overlooking the pool and the pull out sofa bed. The adults loved separate bedrooms, the kitchenette and full size refrigerator. We did wish there was a better space for eating, 2 chairs and a very small round table in the living area didn’t work.

The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. We ended up spending a couple hundred dollars more going out to eat breakfast. The gardens and potted plants were in desperate need of weeding and the poor girl left to run everything by herself was so sweet and kind but looked bone tired and had a hard time keeping towels stocked for the pool.

We booked through a discount site (I think it was booking.com) and got a 2-room suite for an incredible rate. For such a good price, my expectations weren't great, but the entire experience was amazing. The rooms were great, the bathrooms and water pressure were wonderful, and the grounds (pool and outdoor area) are beautiful. The breakfast was very good, and it was available later than 9:00 am (some hotels seem to end it so early, which is difficult when you have kids). I would absolutely stay here again.
