Knights Inn Grand Rapids East Airport

The staff at the front desk were very polite. A lady in a nearby room was playing loud music in the afternoon, and i told the lady at the front desk about it, and she resolved the situation immediately. The location is good, the area looked like any other typical suburbish sort of location, with a nearby Meijers, Whole Foods, and Trader Joes. Downtown GR is also about 10 minutes away by car. The room i stayed in was fine, were some parts older looking? yes, but nothing was dirty, the showers were clean, bed was clean. Looked like some parts of the room were recently renovated.

i was looking for a budget hotel, and it was a budget hotel. It didn't have any significant problems.

It is close to food, airport and shopping

For a budget priced hotel, it had everything one would need. My room was clean and although the facility was somewhat dated, it met my needs. It is not the Riz but it was a good valude.

The cash deposit is a problem. I went to find it somewhere on ITM machine…. Very frustrating. You must change your policy of cash. Accept debit card or credit card. Period. After I forget to take my money and went back home. I called the hotel to send back my money, the receptionist was not good at all. She hanged up on me. I was very shocked ! You have my money … why you answered like that???? I am very disappointed….

Location was good

The floors didn't dry and the linens weren't changed the next day. Poor housekeeping, not very clean. Some of the lights were out in the bathroom. Luckily i needed a place to sleep inbetween my daily commute and well this was in the cheap side

I felt a bit unsafe at times. The local police were there from when we arrived until around 11pm. Ron felt grid, and it was dirty. Pool was closed but everyone seemed to be wearing swimsuits?! Room 213 needs a clean from top to bottom, possibly all the rooms.
