I specifically booked at this hotel for the airport shuttle. My flight arrived into Grand Rapids quite late (midnight). When I called the front desk no one answered. I was ready to take a taxi but they said their fee was $35. One of the taxi drivers knew your front desk person and called him. I had no idea you would have your sole front desk person close the front desk so he could make a shuttle trip to the airport. It seems like an awful lot to have 1 staff member on duty who is also gone when he has to drive the shittle?

Just needed a clean, comfortable fairly priced room near the airport. Hotel met my expectations. I paid slightly more to stay in a room with a balcony which put me up on the top floor(3rd floor), and glad I did, just gave the room a little extra since I had a layover day. Room was as pictured, room was clean, bed was very comfortable, good sized flat screen, reception folks were friendly and courteous. I needed a shuttle to the airport very early(5:30am) outside of the free shuttle hours, and they were quick to accommodate and help me get that arranged.

the staff were friendly and tolerant. the bed was so comfy and wide. bath room clean and nice view. good buffet breakfast. varieties of fruits of various kind. the environment t is safe for more morning Walk.

the beverage table (tea, coffee, water etc) was in a different corner from the main canteen. One needs to be walking across for water and tea during breakfast.

Everything seemed very clean and tidy throughout the room, building and grounds. My non-smoking room did NOT smell of smoke but was fresh and clean. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot and cold choices and a large, clean dining area.

The tub in my "handicapped" bathroom was regular house size. There was a transfer bench but once inside the tub it was uncomfortable and there was very little room to work. The shower curtain had to be draped over the bench so I had a small pond on the floor. To be fair, I'm 6'7" and 340 lbs. It would have been much nicer for a normal sized person. One night a vehicle's alarm sounded at 11 pm and did so 5-6 times until 3 am. The gentleman at the front desk investigated but said he could not find who the vehicle belonged to from the hotel's check-in info . . . something amiss there. He did offer to move me to a different room.

I’ve been here many times. Used to be the choose of airlines crews. Not any longer. It’s on the 28, and close the airport and to the 96 HWY & the 6 Hwy. close to several restaurants, COTSCO, Sam’s & Meijer, Baker Book house and to the Mall. The price is good.

Pet friendly, but I go normally with UV portable light.

The room was clean, the floor had an odd musty smell but it wasn't too terrible. Breakfast was good, a larger selection of choices than i expected. House keeping didn't come once during our two night stay but we got some more towels from the front desk, overall worth the price.

I didn’t like being asked what my handicap was and what services did my service animal provided and if I stayed in the facility again I would be charged up to a extra $200 for my service animal to be with me and it’s against the law to ask or for me to have to show proof ADA Disability act states that fact and for the United States ADA persons with service animals there not to be charged extra or told that they will be charged

Up to date lobby. Nice, spacious and clean room. Coffee and hot water are available 24 hours. Good breakfast with eggs , sausages and the usual cereals, oatmeal.... It is replenished regularly. Good wifi but it's open.

The hallways and the elevator floors could use some attention. Hope that they will be replaced in the not too distant future. Some guests had problems with their keys. We did not. We had difficulties recovering an item that we left in our room.

The price was good, breakfast nice and it was a convient place for me to stay.

I felt like the entrance way could of been vacuumed more. There were leaves in the entrance way, the elevator needed vacuuming and the vending machine on the second floor was out of order. My room was clean enough.

Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent, could be better. The beds were also very clean and comfortable, sleeping on them was no issue.

The breakfast could be better, the sausage wasn't that good when I was there. There wasn't much to not like. There may also be small stains on the floor that look like blood.
