It was clean. We did up pay for a view on our other room and it was a view of the parking lot lol

Cobwebs everywhere, oh and the tub had what felt like sand in it but it’s winter so it isn’t sand and it looked clean till ya got in and felt that. The floors need shampoo’d. the stuff in the room is newer though

Room was clean and comfortable. I liked that you could open the window to get fresh air on the 1st floor. We also had deer outside our window facing the woods. Was really cool.

I think just because the bridge was out there was more traffic than usual so it was hard to get out of the parking lot sometimes.

This was the best super 8 I have ever stayed in. Very nice ,clean and friendly staff. Paid a High rate because it was on a weekend but the stay was great. The breakfast was very simple hot cereal, cold cereal,muffins,coffee,juice,water,yogurt,apples.

I didn't like the high rate on the weekend but still a great stay.

The breakfast was very basic with pre-packaged/boxed items and the only fresh option was making your own waffle.

The breakfast area could have been cleaner and wiped down better, especially the juice machine. Didn’t look it had been cleaned in a while. Obviously it was a pet friendly hotel, but that got out of hand when a guest brought their dog into the dining area and let it jump up on the table.

Really like the the location to where we needed to the price was was great and was comfortable for me and my family would stay there again

the room was kind of small for me and my sons wasn't used to having the wash basin not being the same room as the bath tub and toilet

pillow very strong smell of disinfectant could not sleep on it and when ac unit fan came on very strong smell of disinfectant so strong made it hard to breath cleaning person must have poured disinfection into unit had to turn off making room very warm

The location was great for our family reunion in Manistee. The parking lot was laid out a little strangely, but the lines were easy to see. It is close to local restaurants, as well as some national chains. It is also close to a Meijer for easy shopping. The staff were all kind and helpful, and made great recommendations for dinner! The hotel provided continental breakfast, pre-packaged items that were essentially grab and go. There is not any hot food for breakfast.

It was weird in this day and age to not have USB ports for connecting our phone chargers and laptops, but there were enough open "regular" outlets available. The lamp and alarm clock were plugged in to a power strip, which was plugged in at the head of the mattress -- the mattress was so close to it that whenever we sat down on the bed, the cord moved and the lights and digital clock lost power. We just moved the mattress further away from the wall by an inch or so, which seemed to resolve that issue. There is not a ton of shelf / drawer space for 4 adults in one room, but it was ok for a single overnight stay. The coffee was available 24 hours, but wasn't very strong, seemed watered down.

I was worried about the bed because I struggle to sleep in hard hotel beds. The bed was hard as I expected but super comfortable, I slept perfectly. No complaints about anything.

The apple juice and orange juice wasn't great but it was conveniently in a can. Honestly that was the only thing I could come up with.

Friendly staff, convenient stop during our drive north.

Breakfast options were very limited. They did have yogurt, muffins, and granola bars, and a variety of beverages. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the man in the next room coughing and snoring all night. I could also hear people chatting while walking up and down the halls all night. Pillows weren't super comfortable. There isn't a pool or hot tub.

Spacious room, clean, close to the beach and city centre by car, washing machine (they provide small, one dose, detergents)
