The friendliness of staff. The hotel was clean. The carpet looked vacuumed, floors looked swept, tables and nightstand were clean. No dirtiness on the walls. I always check for bed bugs by pulling off sheets and the bed and sheets were clean. The breakfast was awesome!!! A lot of variety offered- multiple toppings for oatmeal and waffles. Sausage was well cooked and eggs were fluffy and flavorful, which was a great surprise. I loved the many options for beverages and coffee(dark, medium and light roast), and even hot chocolate! The bathrooms were clean and nice size. The room was spacious and I loved the hidden closet behind the huge full length mirror. Also, I really liked how the hallways were well lit, peepholes were wide and clear- you can see if anyone was suspicious. The final thing and most important attribute, was the main entrance doors locked at 9pm until the morning! That made me feel safe! Also, the cameras located throughout the hotel requiring people to provide their I.D. Great security measures indeed! That is very important now a days!!!

The bed was a little firm for my liking. I would have appreciated a mattress pad or cushion. Also, my air conditioner was loud and made noises which kept me from getting sound sleep.

The hotel overall was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was always being stocked in the morning. Coffee was put out all day for everyone and changed regularly. Security of the building felt nice.

The pool was down for maintenance. They did call ahead to let us know that it would be down. They did offer passes to a sister hotel to go swimming. Although the pass was a nice thought, going from one hotel to another in the cold was really doable.

The staff was very friendly, the ground were really clean. The room was excellent, nice and spacious! We really enjoyed our stay. It was priced reasonably as well. The staff informed us that we got a room upgrade due to someone wanting to be on the same floor as another guest at no extra charge/

There was nothing that we didn't like that stay was amazing.

Booking.com has incorrect photos on their website - the hot tub has been closed for 1 year. We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub, so we were disappointed when we showed up and it was closed. But this is the fault of Booking, NOT the hotel.

The staff was amazing! The room was very spacious & great. Beds were very comfortable!

Well Booking.com needs to remove that they have a hot tub because they DO NOT have a hot tub & haven’t for probably 2 years!!!! Very disappointed to get there & find out there’s no hot tub.

The staff was awesome. My daughter and I left a very special and irreplaceable item in the room. The staff went above and beyond looking for the item and it was found. We will definitely be back. Thank you to CJ for taking the initial call and to everyone at the front desk and environmental services who cared enough to help us out. You are all wonderfull.

The pool was under construction.

The bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out were processed quickly. Other patrons were obviously celebrating birthday parties, but access to the elevator was clear and we just headed to our room.

Breakfast room was crowded, It seemed several families were having parties when we arrived- we just went to our room and closed the door and all was quiet. There were balloons in the hall the next morning.

the pool and having adult swim was nice, but there is not a hot tub… I specifically booked this because the details indicated hot tub… their hot tub was filled in with cement (it appears for a while)

The breakfast was not bad. The location was perfect, centrally located. I liked the Customer service; your team represents your company and brand well. They are excellent in solving problems. The upgrade of our room was actually what I searched for in the beginning as I coordinated the trip; this was a pleasant surprise because the staff didn’t inform us about the type of replacement room we were getting.

Regarding the breakfast my only suggestion is for our team to offer other protein options besides pork; such as chicken or turkey. Pork and beef gave me arthritic pain and stiffness, that cleared up after I committed to changing my diet permanently. It was a major breakthrough in my health; and, it positively impacted my quality of life for mobility. It was like stepping into a fountain of youth!😁

I love the friendly staff and environment clean and someone always available to answer any questions you might have being greeted with a smile everyday no matter what time of the day it is great place will be coming back soon😀
