I have a Service Dog and they were really good about it. The staff was especially friendly and kind and helpful.

The location wasn’t the nicest as in the area safety wise and the parking lot was kind of dark (I arrived late at night, like 10/11pm). However, it was east to get in and out of as it was in the middle between both one way roads. I felt plenty safe once inside though. I was on my way home (appointments downstate, and I live in northern Michigan) and was rather tired, my service dog Belle also was tired of being in the car, as was I. when I stopped to get dinner I decided to look up places not far from there so I could just stay and rest before finishing heading home. With my health issues I can’t push it if I’m driving. But it was a great rate and very awesome staff so I even ended up the next morning extending my stay so I could rest up more and leave when I felt good.

The location was really close to the Dow center and it felt like a safe location. The lobby was pretty, loved all the wood trim in the lobby & in our room. The desk attendant was exceptionally nice which is appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable, the showerhead had a nice massage feature, room contained everything we needed. We didn't partake in the breakfast so really can't comment about that.

In the room, the coffee packets that were supplied was not compatible with the type of coffee maker we had in the room, that was a bit disappointing. The mattress at the foot of the bed was wet and it seeped through the sheets to my skin, it smelled like cleaning solution, not sure what happened there but glad it was a king bed so I was able to move over a little & avoid the area.

my room was clean but very dark even with all the lights on. The location was good, the staff was friendly. I felt safe I was staying alone. The shower was good but tub very slippery no non skid strips in tub.

The remote for the TV in my room only changed channels didn't turn on/off or adjust volume had to get up and manually do that. The bed was comfortable the pillows were horrible. The room was very dark even with all the lights on. The breakfast was disappointing they only had dried up potatoes and over cooked sausages, no eggs, no waffles, no fruit, no juice or other drinks besides coffee & water. The drink vending machines didn't work or were empty.

I loved my room size!! It was super comfortable! Very nice and respectful staff. Amenities available to us all day. I love the location. The beds were amazingly comfortable, a lot of apps and shows on the TV. And it was very clean!

There was a red juice spot in our bathroom tub. But did wash away once we ran the shower.

The guy behind the desk was friendly and personable. It was late and he checked me in quickly. Room was clean and orderly and smelled clean. Checked for bugs as I always do and everything was spotless! I like how checkout was 12pm noon and not 11am.

The ice bucket was full from someone else's ice. I wasn't going to use it, just noticed it. The pillows were super firm. In the morning the cleaning staff and guests alike were noisy outside my room.

The room is clean and is surrounded by many stores and that made me to be able to buy few things that I needed around without worrying about driving to a long distances trip.

From my hotel to where I attended the meeting, was about 10 minutes drive. I wish I would have just walked into the meeting room.

does not seem to be as kept up as well as previous visits. plastic spoon in ac unit, stains on carpet, furniture showing wear.

The hotel was clean, my room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Fridge and microwave in the room.

Breakfast was not good - and that side of the hotel was really cold. On site restaurant was closed. No soap in my room, but I brought my own.

I got upgraded to a suite

The first room was small and wasn't clean at all.. the bathroom was dirty..had a hard time getting into my room, the door would open..Need to update the cable TV system in the rooms.. breakfast was down some long hallway takes a minute to get there..

There was hair on the shower wall. The headboard to the bead was loose and made a knocking sound every time it was touched. There wasn't enough parking near my room so I had to walk through the entire building to get to my room.
