It was our first visit. We came for a wedding in the hotel. We enjoyed it very much the bed was very comfortable & the room, spacious. We will stay again.

While I was in the bathroom, someone tapped lightly on the door with keys or something like that. I couldn’t tell if it was a real knock or just noise but I did go to the door just as someone used their key to let themselves into our room. He said he was maintenance there to replace a filter (he did have the filter in his hands). He stated he thought the room was unoccupied & he was sorry. I was fully clothed but I didn’t appreciate the intrusion. Staff needs to be completely sure the room is empty before they come in.

The Room was Big, the Bed was extremely comfortable. Parking in the garage was actually Free. And the Hotel itself was really gorgeous.

I didn't like that I had to pay $300 and the room had a mildew smell when you walked in. The bathroom toilet was very slow to flush, you had to sit there and hold the handle for while it sloooooowly flushed. That Tub did NOT match that amazing Shower head (should be a walk in shower). And for $300 a night we should have at least gotten some complimentary Water bottles or something.

Restaurant on the first floor, is a huge convenience when on business trips and work is the main focus. Food was delicious, and the healthy options is a pleasant surprise. Parking Garage attached to the facility was a huge convenience, especially in MI when rain can come and go.

Is Pay for Parking necessary, considering the Westin is a 4 star Hotel? There are no other perks to parking other than using the garage, and vehicle damage or theft is not the Hotels responsibility - Clearly stated on the hotel entrance from the garage. Overall, the convenience is appreciated.

Beautiful, safe, and very professional facilities. Reservation for executive king suite. Smaller than pictures of room chosen. Shower was opulent. Nice stay.

The size of the room, compared to the one displayed as a choice stay, and payed for. At close to, $300 for a night for a basic room with an executive desk is not a value. Overall, my disappointment level is fairly low.

The breakfast was $20 per person so my family and I decided to go out since we had small children with us - didn't see the value.

Our bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel) had not been refreshed. Other than that - the stay was fine.

The building is gorgeous. The staff were all amazing. The bed was comfortable too

I was supposed to have breakfast included in my total purchase. I received the upcharge for both mornings. I dislike the lying.

Breakfast was outstanding and the Chef had a great and welcoming sense of humor. Checking in was seamless. The Staff was great and very accommodating.

My only issue was no exhaust fan in the bathrooms.

At the beginning when I checked in I was not so happy. But the manager Mr. Nick was a game changer. He made my experience at the hotel a great one. I would like to thank him so much.

It was well decorated, clean and right off the highway. They also had on site parking. The room was a good size and beds were very comfortable.

It was difficult to access valet when coming and going from the hotel.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff was polite and friendly. They allow pets. I took my puppy with me and they offered a dog bed and food/water bowls. Great hotel!
