I had to find something last minute and this Hotel did not disappoint. The location was perfect for my family to pick me up and drop me off. I liked the entire room. The size, and the full kitchen area.

I did not like that there was no "Do Not Disturb" signs to hang on the doors when away or sleeping. The bathroom did not have soap holders to wash hands in the sink.

We had a suite which was big and basically like a little apartment. I like that they have the main doors locked at night. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and shower was spacious.

Only downfall was that we arrived at 5pm and our room was not cleaned yet. We ended up waiting for almost an hour for the room to be ready. The front desk did waive our security deposit fee for the inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean. Easy check in process. Decent size comfortable rooms. Comfortable beds. Lots of parking available.

The amenities, especially the kitchen, are a bit dated and could use some updating. The fridge made a buzzing noise. I can sleep through anything, but I imagine this would bother some.

Clean room once we got out of the lobby. Facilities looked nice and also incredibly clean. Bed was surprisingly so comfortable, both my boyfriend and I slept on clouds! Friendly staff, we even checked in suuuuper late). Seamless check in process. Only complaint it at checkout.

After we checked out, it looks like the error was made that they charged me double what i was supposed to pay, what my confirmation said i would pay, etc. It hasn't fully gone through yet, but it's pending as double so i will be curious to see what happens. If it is an issue i'll be sure to all how it was resolved.

When we pulled up to this property we didn’t expect much, and when we walked into the “lobby” we expected even less, after we got checked in, mind blown! Clean hotel with nice amenities, i.e. free laundry room, nice big gym. The room had a sanitation seal on it and the room was great! Comfy bed, awesome kitchenette with clean dishes, soft towels. Little things like good quality toilet paper and real Kleenex instead of the cheap scratchy kind you usually get at other hotels were nice touches. Overall I’m impressed and look forward to staying here again my next trip to Detroit.

Only complaint was the water was slow to go down the tub so while I showered the water started to accumulate at ankles. However, I didn’t complain while I was there, I was traveling and tired and didn’t feel like dealing with a maintenance issue in my room. I loved this property and I’ll stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location, price, free parking, and the amenities

The male clerk was a little rude at check-in. I think it was shift change and was just coming in. I had to ask for toilet paper. Most hotels have one one the roll and another under the cabinet.

I love that it has the mini kitchen. The front desk staff although busy was very friendly, nice and didn’t make me feel rushed. rooms are very clean and tasteful. it has everything I need. I will be staying here more as I’m in town for work.

well I do like a nice breakfast before 6am. But it’s not that kind of hotel. and I do have my own kitchen.

The room was very spacious and was a great location.

There were some bugs in my room. The bathroom door and the bedspread had some small stains on them. Also, one of the lampa wouldn't turn on, but that wasn't a huge inconvenience.
