I loved staying here will stay here again! The staff was wonderful very courteous and friendly, and they weren't lazy. The property was clean and so were the rooms, had a problem with the icemaker in our room repoted it to John who was over maintenance if he wasn't he should be, but originally he asked me to give him thirty minutes and we were at breakfast by the time we got to our room which was about ten minutes after I had spook to John he was knocking on the door, and replaced the icemaker and we had ice. My grand babies loved the pool and the pool is just as beautiful as the pictures. Now for the breakfast, good and hot, sausage, eggs, pancakes, fried potatoes, juice, milk coffee, pastry, cereal hot and cold, boiled eggs, yogart, just fantastic!!

only one thing need new toilets they are to low!!! I'm 73 years old that was too low to the floor for me to plop down on!!

The staff was amazing. In particular, Kiki was always helpful, cheerful, friendly and engaged! Also, Kate, the manager, always had something nice to say and took care of all of our needs. The two of them are why we would give this facility a great rating.

Our first room was not very clean and it is clear that the facility could use a little more maintenance. Also, we were surprised that there is not any service on the room unless you stay a week or more. With a six-night stay. We needed some more towels and they were promptly provided. All good.

The property was in a good location. Easy access to lots of things. Very quiet and friendly atmosphere.

The property over all was good. When we arrived the room was ready for us but the carpet in our room was dirty it didn’t look like they vacuumed it. We found cherry seeds on the carpet in the living room. We had our dog with us and that is how we noticed the seeds he was trying to eat one. The stove wasn’t wiped down and the fridge was not working it didn’t keep anything cold. Thankfully I had clorox wipes I was able to wipe everything off other than that it was a nice stay.

It was loud at times, people slamming doors and I heard some people arguing. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There was no trash bags in the trash cans when I arrived. I reserved my rooms days prior and when I was time to check in I was told my room wasn’t ready. checked back a little later to see if it was ready now. And I spoke to a different lady and she told me that she will upgrade my room and that she was sorry that the other staff member told me to wait instead of just upgrading me seeing how it was already reserved my room and should have been ready when I arrived there. other than that it was a nice place.

Our queen suite was just perfect for the 2 of us. Kitchenette, living room and bedroom...nice. Price was decent. Be advised, there is no daily housekeeping but you can go to front desk and ask for anything (towels, to, soap, etc). The front desk staff is exceptional!! I cannot say enough about each and every one of the folks. They are so courteous, kind and willing to assist in any way. Breakfast was ok. There was a variety to suit everyone's needs. Convenient 2 minute walk to National Coney Island and Jimmy's Tavern.

the rooms were great for the price, staff was welcoming & always wanted to make sure guests are happy. beds were comfy.

pool sign said adult swim 9-10pm but still saw kids in pool so decided to skip it the second night. Breakfast was okay, i was hoping for more of a selection.

The staff is always AMAZING! They accommodate my needs EVERY SINGLE TIME. Any issues I ever have they handle quickly! I am a travel Nurse so it feels like home away from home! Elena is so helpful and takes care of me. ABSOLUTELY NO complaints from me!

My room location. The property was well lighted for parking.

The breakfast. I arrive for breakfast on both days I stayed and found no food or coffee available 30 minutes before breakfast was too end. I don't think you should offer breakfast if none will be available for the entire time it states breakfast will be served. As for the coffee there was none!!!!! No happy.

It is worn and dated. Needs serious updating. Carpets are worn and torn, paint looks old.
