Overall it was a very good hotel to stay at for the price. The room was clean and orderly. The A/C was nice and cold and adjustable. The free breakfast was satisfactory. The front desk clerks were helpful.

The elevator 3rd floor button wasn't so responsive. You needed to push down hard and keep it down until the light came on to activate the elevator to go to the third floor. The outside entrance floor tiles to the hotel, just before the sliding door before you entered the hotel, need attention. There were a number of empty tiles that left holes in the flooring that need to be fixed. Someone could accidentally trip and fall and get hurt.

the location is not ideal. i went to a hockey game and when I came back, at least 8 cop cars were parked out front. i stayed on the third floor, and when I got off the elevator I was greeted by a large group of younger people all in an argument with police officers. the whole floor smelled of marijuana for the rest of the night, and until I left the next day. there was very early someone at the front desk when I needed something and it took them a while to realize I was waiting for help. when checking out, no one was there and I was not offered any kind of apology or anything due to the events that happened the night before.

Beds were super comfortable. Ms Susan at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Location was nice peaceful outside was clean

Everything was great only thing whoever was above me was very loud up all nite and stomping and arguing. I called the night front desk person. They didn’t want to hear what I said they hung up on me. They were most definitely not Ms Susan she is absolutely amazing.

The friendliness of the management and staff was outstanding! Even an unusual request was met by the manager and her act of kindness blessed this veteran. The good attitude of the management is directly evident in the employee's positive attitude. I wish I would have needed to stay more than one night!

There needs to be more attention given to handicap equipment. The shower stool gave out when I used it. I weigh 160 lbs so my weight could not have been a factor. To avoid a possible law suit that situation needs more attention.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. My family and I are going through a rough transition moving to a new home after not signing a lease with my landlord again. The staff did not make me feel sad or bad for my visit they made me really comfortable.

The breakfast could have a variety of fruit. Other than that keep doing great.

The staff here is amazing… they are always accommodating, everyone is super friendly and goes out of their way to say hello, they really listen to what their clients have to say, the breakfast is spot on… I would recommend staying here

The employee who checked me in was very nice and explained everything concerning the hotel. The room was very clean

I think the sink needs unclogging. The water was going out very slow. The wall thermostat did not work. I had to turn the air conditioner down manually by the window unit. The clock didn't work.

They provided a breakfast and were very welcoming and accommodating. It is rare to find a hotel that goes beyond during this health crisis. I was able to enjoy a bagged breakfast with my family. We had very friendly service.

The fold out couch was broken and my child had to sleep on the couch without room to really roll over.

Just didn't like when requesting towels they was refusing to until old ones was returned, so my boyfriend had to argue to get some before we went up. He was given a bag and told to bring others down.

I was disappointed that there was no breakfast that was one of the main reasons why I booked. But everything else was great customer service was great there was coffee and orange juice and water and apple juice provided.
