I like the breakfast was good and the room quiet.

During check in the third shift guy was rude and unprofessional. Smacking gum loud, drinking in guest face, talking on the phone during the transaction. The point is that he was rude. I also, did not like being charged $100 incidentals while I saw others being charge $25. It made me feel targeted and that did not feel good. In a nutshell the check in process was horrible and if it was earlier I would have cancelled my reservation and went across the street to StayBridge Inn and Suites.

Breakfast was good the lady's there was very helpful and so nice others would love to have them; they were so nice

could have a little more different items or the bar The night Manager was very rude I was charged 125.00 for my rooms I ask why he was rude told me this happens when you book a booking agent because if you trash the rooms I told him 3 of us are near 70 and a young man of 24 is going to trash the rooms why no one tell me ahead for rooms where paid for days before arrived and how you hit me with this charge he then tells me if you trash the rooms you will be charged if not 5 to 10 days it will be turn back to you now I wait to see if I get that money returned

Staff was very friendly. Bed & pillows were very comfortable, room was good size. Located to tons of different restaurants to choose from. Walmart is less then 5 mins away if you needed anything. Breakfast was decent. Definitely filled us up for our morning trip to leave to head back home. Would definitely go back in the future. Ice machine on every floor 😁

I liked everything specially the staff everyone was so friendly and smiling all the time amazing people I would book this hotel again next year when I come back

I asked for 2 queen beds but instead I had a king bed but over all everything worked out and the receptionist so amazing that she got one of the men working there to get me an extra bed over all thank you so much for everything

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The ladies and kitchen workers were amazing and helpful. The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff did a great job. My family enjoyed their time. My kids spent a fantastic time in the pool. I strongly recommend it for any one wish to travel to Sterling Heights.

There was a cot in the hallway across the hall that wasn’t being used. It was there around 10pm when we got back to the hotel and was still there when we checked out around 10am

Breakfast was nice and fresh coffee through out the day was a nice touch. The pancake make was nice. I enjoyed the mini omelet. Over all the had a nice variety to choose from.

Meat still looked uncooked and cold. The fruit was looking old and it was soft to the touch. Banana were brown and all you could smell.

Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, good breakfast, pillow choices, all staff I met were friendly, helpful, and professional. Impressed with the quality of both the hotel itself and the excellent people who work there.

The sofa bed was a throwback to the 80's and may have existed back then lol. Daughter ended up just sleeping on the couch, which worked fine.

I didnt like that the temperature in the room had a max heat level in the 70s. I went during a winter storm and in general i am colder than most people. So getting warm and staying warm was a challenge.

Everything was wonderful. The stuff were very kindly and helpful.

They didn't have any Arabic TV channels. Many visitors are from Arabic counties.
