Econo Lodge

I didn't like that there's two breakfast rooms and I was only allowed to go into the one that had cereal and bread for toast. in the other room there's pastries and waffles and cereal and yogurt and bread and English muffins and all kinds of stuff and in the room I had to go to there wasn't even milk for the cereal I am not happy about that and the lady that told me to get out with more than rude about it almost made a big scene kind of yelled at me for it very unprofessional very rude not a good way to get people to stay!

We got to stay in one of the newly redone rooms on the second floor, it was extremely clean. Smelled amazing, beds were super comfy and it was so quiet! Got a great nights sleep! The lovely young lady working at the front desk was extremely busy as both hotels were overbooked but was accommodating and was more then willing to bring us extra pillows at her earliest convenience even though we offered to come get them. She was so nice and smiled the whole way through even though we could tell she was running around stretched thin! We appreciated her hospitality, I wish I would have gotten her name!

The breakfast options in the morning were not good, we ended up grabbing breakfast at a near by drive through instead as kids need more then a granola bar and juice and the young man at the counter was short mannered and didn’t seem to have the patience to answer our questions.

It was clean, modern, friendly staff (especially the manager, Sherry, who worked to change the date when a time problem happened), smelled clean, shower had lots of hot water, comfy bed & pillows, liked the laminate floor vs carpet. I liked the colors of the room, soothing and relaxing.

It was hard to find the check-in and actual building housing our room. The "free" breakfast should have been described as to actual contents. I don't call a hard granola bar and a can of juice breakfast! It would be better if there was no included breakfast at the price I paid for the room.

I thought the bed was super comfortable. Really got a good nights sleep because of the bad.

They advertise breakfast which wasn’t anything more than a little slip of paper that you checked one of each of three categories where there were two choices each and they were breakfast bars and juice also as others commented it was very confusing knowing where to go to check in for Econo Lodge as all the signs indicated quality inn.

That they allow animals and don't discriminate.

The overnight front desk lady was kinda rude. But the day shift guy when we checked in made up for the rudeness

Clean and the price was good. The young man that checked us in on Thursday night was very friendly and helpful! Wish I knew his name!

It stated there was a breakfast but when we asked they said no because of covid. Wish it would have been stated on the website- we would have probably stayed closer to the interstate. No fan in the bathroom 😞

the staff is very friendly and willing to do a lot to make sure your stay is more than comfortable amazing people

there's nothing I didn't like about this place

The woman working was amazing!!! She made us feel so welcomed during our first winter storm, and when we couldn't get home.

Other occupants were smoking somewhere in the building, which caused it to stink. Not the property's fault!

Comfortable, clean, convenient, with excellent restaurant adjacent to the motel complex.

A bit confusing when trying to locate motel as there are two different motel units combined.

Friendly staff, good location off the interstate.

The Econolodge is with another hotel and difficult to determine check in was at the same site. This needs attention for clarification for customers arriving.
