We enjoyed the pool.the good breakfast,the clean room,the friendly staff,the appearance of the exterior and interior of the property,the quietness of the facility. Very nice hotel.

Nothing negative to say about the facility. My only complaint: I was unable to receive a print-out of the room charges and itemization. I was told that the only person who was able to provide me with that was the person who checked us in on Friday evening ?? And of course she wasn't there at the time of check-out. I was also told that I was not able to be e-mailed the info. either .Not only does this NOT make sense,it sounds a bit sketchy to me. I have NEVER encountered this at any property in my various travels . So, if there are any questionable charges on my credit card the property will definently be hearing from me!!

It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. My family was tired from driving long hours but the place provided comfortable beds, spacious rooms and good drinks including good coffee, apple juice and orange juice all day.

The internet was kind of slow but I was able to check my emails and see some news.

The pool they let adults have time later then children so much more relaxing when kids are not screaming and splashing around.

No hot tub and it was long wait time for elevators. Much faster to take stairs just hard to when lugging all the luggage in and out for a family. I wish they.had more then one elevator. Going up and down stairs otherwise was fun abd just fine so did not care about elevator.

Cleaning staff did not bug you and everyone said.hi and smiled. They even.asked if you needed towels or anything. They would pull from cart.and give you if needed. Very nice and professional.

Long time at Front desk to check since later at night and it frustrating to not know if checkout went right since you just drop keys and go and nor engage with staff.

Access to surrounding facilities and services. Room was clean.

At check in, the staff person was held up with another individual who didn’t seem to have a working credit card. I had to wait quite a while while this was going on. This was not the fault of the staff and the individual eventually walked out abruptly but I wish the staff member had at least acknowledged my presence in some way.

Cleanliness

Breakfast buffet. No meat and very little to nothing for someone who is gluten free. All I was able to eat was scrambled eggs. Wasn’t enough. If there was sausage or bacon it would have made the difference

The staff was friendly, especially Raul who was very busy covering the front desk and the bar but kept a smile on his face the whole time. Location was great and close to downtown.

The bed was just ok. No ice machine on our floor.

Clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room and elevator (plenty of space to fit our mountain bikes). Gluten free foods available at breakfast. Great location.

Location was convenient. Very nice, clean hotel, felt very secure traveling by myself.

I was traveling for work and needed to be out of the hotel by around 6:40 so I was a little bummed that the breakfast didn't start until 7am.

Very clean and comfortable.

i picked because it was off the highway; however, it was a meandering drive away from the highway and back. Ironically, you could hear the highway from our room.
