The staff was short of people, but still managed the property nicely. My room was great and the 2 people who were there, were friendly and helpful.
The only thing I didn't like had nothing to do with the motel, the location has 2 freeway entrances, that were difficult for me. But I am an older guy, so all driving is getting tough for me.

The location was great! Flexibility and willingness to provide for us by staff person was awesome!
The room was a little unkept. I woke up in the early am to smell a urine smell and could not tell where it was coming from. Coffee pot did not work. Toliet would not flush waste down completely in the morning. I told the desk person and she was going to look into to it.

We were upgraded to a suite due to incorrect information on Booking.com which turned out to be a fantastic set-up. Bed was very comfortable and the staff was outstanding! Even with the "didn't like" below, we would stay again if we ever come back to Austin.
Booking.com had incorrect information again. We booked a smoking room but the motel was a smoke-free facility when we got there. Something needs to be done to make sure information is accurate and correct on the website.
