The villa was very cute. I'm glad ours seemed somewhat updated from the pictures in the booking ad. We loved having Lake Superior right outside the door. Beautiful views. All-around very charming and would stay again! My daughter loved staying in the loft in the second bedroom!

Our TV in our villa wasn't working. At first we thought it was just a bad internet connection, thus no cable, so we went to the office and got a couple dvds. However, once we tried that we discovered there was also no sound. Being this was a family trip, we were hoping to play games and watch movies at night and the TV not working killed that vibe a bit. The pool looks like it could use a cleaning (we opted not to get in) and it made us uneasy about going in the hot tub as well. My husband thought the carpet in the master bedroom needed shampooing. He complained of smelling urine at times.

Great lake views, loved the wood stove, lofted area with beds is a really nice feature for families, complimentary bike rentals with top of the line mountain bikes, very friendly staff.

None of the following will effect any future decision about returning or not: In the bathroom, the shower head is super low, best for people 5’6” or shorter. And there are no designated pet walking areas. Or if there are, guests are not using them. We constantly had to dodge doggie land mines when we walked along the lake edge.

The Sea Villas are almost on top of Lake Superior. There is a path along the lake and firepits out on the rocks with decks overlooking. It’s lovely. Sunsets & especially amazing sunrises. Retro (which I like) yet updated and modern. Shared pool, hot tub & especially the sauna. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and kind. Wild flowers. Close to hiking and other activities and restaurants and general stores, etc. We’ll be back.

Location on the lake is spectacular. Pool sauna and hot tub are 5 stars+.

Some elements of the decor could be updated or restored to their original condition. I LOVE the late 60s/70s design of these units, so updates should be sensitive to the original design. Need newer and bigger TV!

I traveled to the area for a mountain bike race and this place was 3 miles from the venue not to mention it backed right up to lake Superior. A great place to stay!A great place to stay for the Lutsen 99er

The sea villa was very clean, which seems to be a rare occurrence nowadays.

The price was higher than what the site stated for this sea villa. Also, there was no mention of a dog fee until I was billed. $40 a night for 2 dogs was steep. My dogs don't go on furniture.

Super nice staff, beautiful location, loved our cabin...no complaints, overall this stay exceeded expectations! Pool area and sauna clean and updated.

No snacks or coffee in lobby-hot water cooler option very slow, no on-site event options. But very minor.

The location was fantastic! Steps from Lake Superior, easy drive/bike to eat or hike. Location was simply ideal.

Our unit was so warm. Ceiling fans would help circulate the air.

The condo was perfect for our needs and the location was top notch. The loft was adorable and we enjoyed the fireplace too. Pool and hot tub facilities were really nice and clean too.

Great location, exceptional staff. Kayla was very accomodating and friendly seeing to our needs!

Our first time there, the entrance came upon us a bit more suddenly than i would prefer.
