The staff was always friendly. I also liked the variety of breakfast food offered, including fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt, waffles, coffee, water, etc.

I was confused by television and limited cable channels offered. You may want to place a guide to available channels in each room. Although what made up for that was the opportunity to watch the Olympic coverage. This was very enjoyable. Everything else was satisfactory.

Breakfast was standard, Same breakfast was provided at a previous motel we stayed at. Liked that breakfast was provided as part of your service. Liked King sized bed and large microwave oven and large fridge. Lots of linen, enough for two days. Liked that the walk to the Convention Center was only a short distance away and was an easy walk. Quiet room and comfortable. Liked the comfort of sitting at a table and having chairs.

TV in living-couch area of room was low to the ground and smallish. Privacy curtain next to window had only 1/2 of the curtain hung, therefore used the solid curtains for privacy. Pool and hot tub enjoyable but water was too cool. Couch is starting to show it's age.

Suite was awesome except for sofa bed- had to get a clean mattress cover as hair on one on it. Stain on mattress on sofa bed. Frame broken sloped downward at head of bed. Informed desk and they said clean mattress pad and said suites slowly getting new sofa beds etc but due to lack of storage only s few rooms at a time being done. He did offer to change our room but we doubled up on sheets etc on mattress

The gal working the front desk upon checkin and over night was fantastic very kind and very helpful. The room we stayed in was exactly as described and it was comfortable and clean The pool and spa was nice to use and the breakfast was great. I will definitely stay again

The cost of the snacks in the little convenience store was a bit expensive and it would’ve been nice if there were vending machines on the 3rd floor so we didn’t have to feel like we were being a bother by having front desk help us. She was fantastic don’t get me wrong there Just would’ve been more convenient for us if there were vending machines on each floor

The breakfast was great! Lots of options, but they kept running out of food. The suite was very nice and very clean.

The Wi-Fi was slow and glitchy, going in and out. I never did get it to work on my phone. At check-in, the computer was very slow. I told them I had a dog. After check-in, when we brought in the dog, they claimed I never told them, and I had to pay an extra fee. That took even more time.

Would consider it more of an apartment. Bedroom was separate, comfy couch, tv in both living room and bedroom. Apartment size kitchen and fridge. Location was great as was the breakfast lots of choices.

Minor complaint was road noise, but I played some sleep sounds on my phone and went right to sleep. Bed was a little hard for our taste.

Breakfast was well provided, meaning the dry kept everything well stocked. Usually these breakfast run out of the eggs or sausage.

The pull out bed had pillows and sheets in the room but no blankets. The very tired son had to go to desk to get them as that front desk person didn’t show up . No worries

Breakfast was decent - quite a few options. The room set up was awesome - very accommodating. Love the extra pillows and the kitchen was convenient. The location was great for walking to restaurants, Starbucks, and a liquor store.

The bed was not the most comfortable and some of the pillows were lumpy. Also the top comforter was scratchy.

The location is very ideal, close to lots of food and easy access to main streets. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette is well stocked with dishes, silverware and paper towels,full sized fridge, even a dishwasher. Loved the convenience of having a separate room to work overnight while my partner slept comfortably. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and responsive if I needed anything or had any questions. Great breakfast options that rotate daily!

Wifi was very slow, even in the middle of the night on a Tuesday. They had a very conveniently located ethernet port, but I didn't bring my cat5 cable to make use of it. There were no USB ports. Small parking lot. Laundry facilities were a little expensive. 1.25/wash and dry.

The value of the room was nice. It had a hot tub. This is a big plus. It was located near the civic center, which is easy to get to without taking much time.

The pool was a little small. The room was a little smaller than expected but was still nice. Would have liked to have blankets in the room for the pull out couch.
