this is a very beautifully presented facility. Our state was very comfortable and there was not a lot of distraction outside of the room. The continental breakfast was exceptional very busy and the young man managed keeping things available very well. The variety of options for breakfast was great. The front desk was exceptionally helpful with all the questions that I had during the stay and any encounter I had in the hallway with an employee they would stop and take their time and direct me. This was a great value, and the suites are set up beautifully.

I did ask for extra supplies in the room which I didn’t get but all in all, it really didn’t matter in the end. another party that was in the pool area, slipped and fell due to the slipperiness of the tiling in the pool spa area it’s very beautiful, but it is slippery.

The convenience to shopping restaurants, convenience stores, gas, and groceries. This hotel is in a nice location with ease of parking and entering the building in multiple spots for convenience to location of room. The business center is a plus, the large variety at the continental breakfast with excellent staff maintaining it, the comfort of the room, we had one of the sweets which we loved, and also just in general the quietness of the hotel you really didn’t hear a lot of other people in their rooms, etc. like you do and other hotels

The pool temperature was a little cool

The drawers in the dressers provided in the rooms were filthy. Full of dust and other particles:(

It was the typical continental breakfast, enough to get you going for the day.

I guess I wish there could have been something else other than eggs every morning.

The pool only being open until ten. And the bathroom being so little this time. I enjoyed the full bigger bathroom with toilet shower and sink all I. One room.

the couch had puke all over the inside… like no one bothered to clean it up. we couldn’t sleep or sit on it.

Room was large with separate bedroom from living area. Good breakfast. Staff helpful.

I love hotels that can accomodate our traveling group of seven. We fit comfortably in the suite that we had.

The room we checked into had two queen beds and a sofa bed. We had three adults and 4 children. It would have been nice to know at check in that we needed to pick up the bedding for the sofa bed then.

Able to check into room early, very friendly staff and a great breakfast with a large eating area.

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. We loved having 2 separate sleeping spaces/bathrooms and an adjoining area with a living room and kitchen. It made our stay extra fun since we had so much space, yet we could all still be together!

Because of the pandemic, breakfast was just a small box with ok food. We weren’t able to use the pool or the fitness room, again due to the pandemic. I believe our room was so reasonably priced because we didn’t have access to all the amenities, which seemed fair.
