Holiday Inn Express and Suites St. Cloud, an IHG Hotel

The staff was beyound amazing. Breakfast was good. Beds super comfy.

I did not like the fact your website says there isn't an extra charge for pets. When there is in fact a charge. $30 per pet per night. I already had to find a different hotel because of this. Tried staying at the fairfeild because your website says they accept pets and they don't. Booked at holiday Inn express. They accept pets at an additional charge. So instead of paying $100 for the weekend I ended up paying $400 for the weekend. Big difference.

ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful and adept. Breakfast was fantastic. The lady working breakfast was especially super nice. The room was very comfy.

The shower didn't get very hot. The pool area was full of children playing ball between the hot tub and pool areas and splashing, so rather than yell and ruin the fun of 17 kids, we gave up on pool time. (I don't hold that against the hotel, obviously, but like maybe adult swim time would be cool.)

Conveniently located off of the interstate, the beds were reasonably comfortable.

The staff were not the friendliest, not rude or mean at all, just not as friendly as I've come to be accustomed to at other holiday inn express hotels. The room felt somewhat dingy and didn't seem as clean as I would have liked.

Felt sorry for the staff. They were booked solid and turning people away. Very busy and loud. Large group (20 people) hanging out in the breakfast area yelling and laughing and playing games at 10pm. Midnight and people/kids above us were running around the room and jumping continuously. I think they could use more staff at night at this location as busy as it is.

We booked the two bedroom suite and it exceeded our expectations. Full size fridge and dishwasher. Each room had a bathroom. Clean and quiet. I was there for vacation and traveled with two adult family members. We each had our own beds and some privacy.

The breakfast buffet shuts down at 9am. This was a little early since we were on vacation and wanted to have lazy mornings. The AC in our room was slow and struggled with the heat wave the state was having.

The room looked like the housekeeping skipped a few cleaning things. There was what to appeared to be blood on sheet under blanket on the end of the bed, looked like it had not been vacuumed under the couch, conditioner and shampoo where gone, there was garbage in the nightstand between the beds.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was terrific and so helpful. The Saturday lady was exceptional with my mother and her limitations. Great choices and healthy options.

When we arrived - the desk was very busy and it was not told to us about the Covid room services. I was unaware of the towels, garbage and cleaning processes. It was explained to us on the second evening. It was OK just would of been better to know about the system.

so so tall is probably one of the better ones for the holiday ends in the Saint Cloud area it’s somewhat close to many things fast food is quarterly close a grocery store is less than 20 minutes away really good pizza

so many darn happy kids at the pool j/k too be a kid again!! oh the joy so nothing is the main point here

I thought I signed up for the larger Holiday Inn near the mall. With children the added things (besides the pools) would have been better.

Everything was great. Check in was super fast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unlimited conditioner in the shower!!! The breakfast was top shelf for a continental buffet. I've stayed here a couple times and always go back when I am in town.
