Comfort Suites Biloxi/Ocean Springs

The room was very clean, and the bed and bedding very comfortable.

The refrigerator was not cool, and while someone brought us a new one, it did mean that he had to enter our room during the Omicron surge. Also, when we checked in, there was no cart to help us get our luggage to the third floor, and the manager said that people simply keep them in their rooms so they won't have to wait for one the next morning. This is unacceptable. She said she had suggested that people should have to leave their driver's licenses at the front desk until they return the cart, but apparently no one has acted on that recommendation. It's a good idea. We had an ice chest and luggage, and it was not convenient to have to try to remove just a few items at a time from our ice chest in order to eat dinner and breakfast in our room.

There wasn't really anything to dislike. The pull-out couch bed wasn't too comfy per the kids who slept on it. That would be the only negative part of our stay.

great mattress. cold air. free ice. lemon water in lobby👏🏻 workers really nice.. good free breakfast in am. nice large bathroom vanity. room service every day. gorgeous plants around property.

have to do key card swipe a lot to get door to open in rear of building . but not really a big deal. rooms open good with key card.

The location was convenient. The staff was friendly and moved us when the 1st room was really outdated.

The rooms were outdated...the sofa were really old ...furniture scratched...we have been staying in Comfort Inn and Suites for the last several years and all have been nice and comfortable until this location..nothing horrible just needs updating.

The pool and location was close to everything. Clean rooms..great beakfast

The fact that we paid for our room on booking.com and was charged again at the hotel.. so we paid double for the room.. and getting them to reverse one of the charges is not going easy... The staff was not very friendly at all

I love the service given and the room was comfortable mostly everything worked excellent.The food was hot and fresh and prep area was clean.Everything was stock perfectly. The pool was open even after the rain.Everyone enjoyed and will be booking again.Comfort Suites is perfect places to stay they will always serve you with great hospitality.

The wall are thin and the floor are too. It's was a challenging when the other guest is complained about the noise and you have kids along with you. The neighbors above was experienced the same thang and it was hard to deal with the noise but it only last one night. They had direct TV and it wasn't working because of the weather.The room was a little dusty around the TV area but other than that it was perfect.

The 2 beds plus the soafbed. We had a double room being that it was side by side my kids, husband and I we all was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great. The pool was EVERYTHING to my kids. Thank you all. The Smith Family

No HOT TUB. The rest was just on us. We had to get back to REALITY. Kids are ready to come back.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My first night I found a charge on the credit card I used to hold the room and also a charge for the same amount on the card I chose to use when I got there. When I brought it up to the staff they knew exactly what I was talking about and I already taken care of it with a full refund

Large comfy room, great shower, large TV, friendly staff, very clean. there was nothing we didn’t like! Will book here again when in the area.

I love that they gave a courtesy call & the front desk clergy & cleaners were nice and very helpful with getting things we needed. I also loved the little mini snack store they had right near the front desk.
