Very comfortable bed, room was clean on initial entry, staff friendly and very helpful, tv service was excellent with many channels provided, ample parking was available, very good breakfast provided

My wife and I did not like the sliding door used for both the bathroom and closet. The bathroom should have a door that can be fully closed and locked while in use by hotel guests. The sliding door design denies privacy to the bathroom occupant. No one wants to feel open to public viewing while sitting on the toilet or taking a bath or shower. The sliding door doesn't fully close shut and leaves two wide open gaps to the area outside of the bathroom. The shared sliding door design for the bathroom and closet area is awful . The bathroom needs a door! The closet area will be just fine without one.

The staff is excellent!! The room was just fantastic roomy, clean and stylish. The bed comfortable couldn't ask for better. The facilities are just beautiful and impeccable. Good coffee and orange juice

The fact that guests let their room door slam which kept waking me up. May I suggest a reminder that the doors are heavy and need to be held back not to disturb the other hôtel guests... The breakfast needs a healthy make over, though the waffles are a signature item some of the other choices are really not up to 2022 health recommendations. The fruitloops and pastries could be replaced by more nutritious choices.

Loved the hotel staff. The room was terrific

It’s too bad that the walls and floors are not more soundproof- we heard every word of the music being played in thh by e room next door, and I’m pretty sure there were elephants in the room above us. We were exhausted from our travels but had to wait until the folks above and beside us went to bed before we could sleep.

Staff was amazing. Rooms were beautiful spacious and clean. Located behind a shopping center but not affected by the noise or traffic. The dining area was bright, and cheerful. Impeccable.

The way guests let their room's door slam. A friendly reminder at the beginning of the stay might be a good idea, or/and a post inside the room. Also the breakfast could definitely get a healthy update. The waffles are a signature item. Fruitloops should disappear and replaced so are the pastries.

Hotel and room nice staff very nice.

The room had a slight smell from the carpet like it needed to be cleaned. The room above was noisy it seems like they never slept all we heard all night long from the time we came back to our room around 7pm until the next morning was stompingand bumping around. Got up for breakfast was looking for to waffles and some had from it so breakfast was out.

Our three night stay was great,the staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh each morning. The stay was like a home away from home clean, peaceful and convenient.

The only thing I can say would be better( it's just a me thing) the restroom doors give no privacy.

The facility and rooms were clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and it was quiet there. With traffic, the hotel was 15 mins away from the beach which I appreciated. Overall, my experience was great, I would stay here again, and would recommend to anyone.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom barn door because it left a gap which could let fume and heat escape more than anticipated. However, it’s not a major issue. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The location was awesome. Due to weather we couldn’t go to the beach but since we were in such a good location we didn’t have to go far to shop or eat. And the breakfast was great

The only problem I had, was when I got there it took awhile for the person who was working to come out and help me. But, I’m sure they had things to do in the office.

great way to rest midway our trip. very clean, comfortable, nice shower, comfy bed, quiet. staff lady in the breakfast area very pleasant and kind. Very good breakfast options different fruits, eggs, waffles, breakfast meats and tasted good too. staff at front attentive. grounds clean.

It seemed fresh, updated and new. The breakfast included was very good. We appreciated being able to have our service dog with us.

It was difficult to find being non-visible from the main road as it is tucked behind a shopping area. There needs to be signage from the parkway directing people to the location.
