Close to the beach and accommodated the group we had.

Two of the clerks that were there were very unfriendly and not helpful. Neither wanted to assist us in booking an extra nights stay. One lied and said that the property was completely booked through Monday, the other expressed that we would pay almost more than the initial booking, and that there was alot to rebooking the room. So with that being said it was obvious that she didn’t want to be bothered with the process. So we left and will NEVER book there again.

Quiet, clean , no bothersome people and definitely the non-smoking policy!

One of my blankets had some kind of dark stains on it which is disgusting in my opinion because I know staff see it when they pit them on the beds. Also one of my towels had a dirty brown stain on it , which jad to of also been seen by staff while folding and should have been thrown away.

The staff was very professional. While waiting to check out, I heard the staff member deal with a difficult customer who apparently wanted to be accommodated outside of the policy. The staff member kindly explained the policy in several different ways in a calm manner. I complimented her on the manner in which she handled a difficult call.

Small rooms.

I liked that it was fully equipped with kitchen. The maintenance man was very helpful and polite. Had trouble wit a/c within minutes he had new one swapped out and ready. Best place we have stayed in a long time.*****

Front desk person needs help. Too busy for one person at check in time. She was great. Excellent.

Great location across the bay from all the casino action, easy to Uber if you don’t want to drive. The queen room was nicely remodeled, clean, and spacious. Really liked the full fridge and microwave set up. Thought it was excellent value for money.

Air conditioning unit a bit loud.

Location was good in safe area and close to attractions we were visiting to see. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean

Water temperature in showers and sinks barely got warm enough for shower or shaving

It had been 3 yrs since we’d stayed at this location. I am so impressed with the total remodel that has been done. It’s nice, clean and very well done. Bravo D’Iberville Suburban! We’ll be back.

No extra toilet paper in the room, we had 1 roll. Toilet could have been cleaner. Ac had a weird setting and cut off in the middle of the night and it got hot

Beds were Very Small - Narrow and Short in Length

The staff was very friendly. Cleanliness and location. Especially for a pet friendly.

The beds could have been better. The noise throughout the night from the young folks next door.
