Holiday Inn Express - Biloxi - Beach Blvd, an IHG Hotel

My son is in the military and we visited Biloxi 3 times from July 21 - Feb 22. Each time we had a great stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and accomodating. If I go back, I'll stay there again. I recommend it as a vacation spot for friends. It makes a great hub for short day trips to see surrounding sites.

I really don't have a complaint. :)

The continental breakfast was great, my husband and I especially enjoyed the pancake maker. That was different indeed because we would normally be served waffles as an option instead. The location of the dining area is where it was expected. Overall it's a 10 plus!

Not much really except for the door on the side that we went in and out of due to it being closer to our room. For some reason it didn't always close as it should to allow the lock for security. Other than this, it was a really great stay, my husband and I thoughly enjoyed the comfort it gave in our room and staff was great!

Breakfast was good! Love the convenience of a buffet style Breakfast downstairs. Bacon, 2 styles of omelets, turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal,pancakes, cinnamon rolls, mixed fruit, yogurt, cereal and bagels. The kitchen staff were so friendly and kept food coming out fresh. Location is great- walking distance to restaurants, beach and fun center for kids. The room was very spacious, updated and clean. Enjoyed my stay! My anxiety was not tested in this hotel.

Experienced wifi issues but that problem was fixed a couple hours later

The breakfast was great- awesome selection: pancakes, pastries, eggs, omelets, bacon, turkey sausage. the room was clean and the housekeeping staff very friendly and attentive. there was ample parking, with side doors easily accessible from the elevators or stairwell. the room also had a nice size refrigerator and microwave.

Although, the rooms looked to have been recently renovated (which was great!), the elevators showed the hotel's age, and at one time during the weekend, one of them broke down and was out of order for the remainder of the trip.

Hospitality! Rooms were ready b4 3:00, as special request.

Need to improve night lighting in parking lot. Upon return from event @ midnight, it was dark and NO security. Concerned @ surroundings..POTENTIAL for robbery and bodily harm and no one would hear nothing or too late. Luckily, had our firearms to carry with us just in case since we had to park in the rear overflow parking past swimming pool bcuz the hotel was booked solid. STILL, we love to stay @ Holiday Inn Express n FL, AL, & MS. Will return!

The breakfast was very nice and Ms. Roberta was a very very sweet person, I really enjoyed her conversation. The location was right across from the beach and close everything I was going to visit.

The pool was out of service but they was expecting the serviceman at anytime. I was offered the opportunity to cancel my reservation free of charge or take a discount so I chose the discount and stayed.!

Breakfast was really great for this level of hotel. Cleanliness was top notch and staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great right across from the beach.

Did not like that we were charged one rate for Wednesday night and then double for Thursday night. It makes it challenging when that is not disclosed up front.

The location was great, as were the people working there. The breakfast was good.

There were only towels for 3, even though we were registered as 4. We didn't bring as many clothes as we should have because I planned on washing at the guest laundry. Turns out the washer wasn't working 😕. The one elevator that worked took forever to get anywhere!

I loved the view and the breakfast. The staff were so nice and attentive. The stay was very pleasant.

WiFi did not work, we could missed phone calls and could not face time family in the room. With that being said I will not complain because we were compensated.

The room was very clean and modern. The shower/tub had no mold or stains. The included breakfast was awesome, and pretty extensive. The people were very outgoing, and wanted to make your stay enjoyable. Liked the way the rooms were turned when built, providing a good view of the gulf. The outdoor pool area looked clean.

The wi-fi service left a lot to be desired. It would continually go down. The parking lot had no lighting along the building when we had to park in the back.
