The new owners are so sweet. The staff is very nice. The room was very nice just wished house keeping would ask saily if u need towels. The was was great my granddaughter stayed in everyday. She loved talking to all the management. My daughter was so comfortable there she didn't want to go to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit!

We stayed a week so we really didnt need our room cleaned i kept up with that. All we really needed was towels but we still were able to go to the office and get what we needed.

Loved the location and the rooms. We stayed 1 night and after the revival we went back and stayed again. There was only a couple things, our room had double beds. The 2 room needed a new mattress due to the one there being broke Down. The other was the carpet in front of the vanity gojng into the bathroom felt sticky line maybe pop had been spilled. I’m Sure it’s nothing that a good shampooing wouldn’t fix.

I asked if i could get an upgraded room and they obliged. I paid the difference, and I didnt fuss about the lack of housekeeping. I appreciated their graciousness in providing a larger room. The temperature was great, and the king bedroom was just like home! And the bed was very comfortable! I also had a balcony overlooking their courtyard & could see the casino lights next door. The sitting area could have used carpet or a rug to absorb some of the echo from noise in the room, our talking mainly. I was afraid we'd disturb out neighbors.

There was only one small hand towel available. It was late that night before i was able to go get towels, but they provided them. I couldn't figure out the TV. The bed was not made up from previous occupants & their trash was still in the room.

The room was perfect for our short stay. Location was great. We only stayed one night but with everything we saw close to the inn to do it was a perfect location. Price was very reasonable. We plan on going back for a longer stay.

Only a couple things, the wifi password on the key card envelope didn't work but we weren't that concerned with it for our short stay. The TV randomly lost signal but again not a concern for us. Other than that there wasn't anything to concerning to us that I'm sure if we were staying longer couldn't be taken care of by the staff.

Was directly across the beach. Roll away was provided like requested.

I originally booked a non smoking room. Got onsite & was told there were only smoking rooms available. Maintenance man took me to room to smell it, said they could put ozone machine & cleaner in room & shouldn't be able to tell the smoke smell afterwards. I was not satisfied. Started looking at other places to stay. Got a call a short while later & the lady ended up putting me in a non smoking room that no one had confirmed yet. Also, the lady kind of shamed me for booking through another site, than the hotel directly. This is a loud area, with so many people on balconies conversating - even late at night.

Great location, clean pool, friendly staff

Could use some updating on furniture-sofa sleeper was very worn, dated & stained & not comfortable to sleep. The sheets & bath towels also are stained & worn. The carpet is pure nasty. Need to wear shoes at all times. Please rip this up & replace with flooring, not carpet. But then keep it mopped.

I liked the room, the space was nice and I liked the pool although I never got a chance to swim in it because they had so many people in it each time I wanted to swim.

I didn’t like walking up two flights of stairs with a skirt or dress on because the people below can see straight under my clothes. I also couldn’t connect to the WiFi using the password that was on the paper in the dresser, I am from Louisiana so I assumed it was something with the connection but it was disappointing.

When I checked in, the gentleman was very kind, patient and sympathetic with our situation. He was able to give us rooms next to each other, as we requested at check in. The rooms where both clean and very large beds we're ok. Great location next to casino and beach in walking distance.
