This is by far the best motel 6 my family and I have ever stayed at!! The staff was helpful and friendly, coffee was hot in the morning, towels were clean and plentiful. The grounds and the rooms were exceptionally clean. ( We stayed at the motel 6 in Alexandria Louisiana and it was one of the most disgusting horrible experiences of my life) This stay is the exact opposite of that!! It was so so clean and the pool was wonderful, the location was great, best value in Biloxi!! I cannot say enough about this place, so wonderful for a motel 6!!! The manager and staff all deserve big raises the stay was absolutely amazing!!!

It’s well kept up and clean. The staff at the front desk was so nice. It’s pet and kid friendly. They have a gift shop on side of it. The best thing for me was that it is directly across the street from the beach. The beach is always so clean in that area also.

The maintenance man had dogs and when he was cleaning the pool he let the dogs in the swimming pool with him. They were big dogs also. I don’t mind pets there but not in the swimming pool where everyone swims.

Love that there were laminate flowers rather than gross carpet. Rooms were quiet, mattress quite comfy and omg those pillows!!

Bedding was extremely thin and I say froze to death. Not warm at all. The hair dryer was old, missing the fan protection (sucked mt hair into the fan), also had a short abs didn’t stay hot. It needs to be replaced. Need to prove lotion and qtips. (Normally I carry those with me but this was an emergency trip ash’si has nothing with me, would’ve been nice if there were available)

Every was excellent I and. My family really enjoyed our stay we enjoyed the pool the fireworks the beach was awesome all the employees were really nice I would definitely come back again for sure I felt safe also

Everyone was so nice hospitality was amazing I would not change anything about my stay my family and don't have one bad thing to if. I can give you a 10 star I would everything was excellent I enjoyed my stay

The location is absolutely perfect. Right across the street from the beach. We walked. We got a handicap ♿️ room, so it was bigger. Very nice customer service, even when I called with questions. Clean! Good TV on the wall. Good air conditioning unit.

Had to take the stairs but theres not too many. Our room was not close to the elevator. Could smell people smoking... but we loved having a view of the ocean!!!°°

The proximity to the beach is great!The room itself was a good size.It doesn’t feel cramp at all.The AC was working wonderfully,the fridge and the tv had no issues.The bathroom was a good size as well and it was stocked nicely with towels!There was also good water pressure!!The room looked clean and felt clean!Love the little table w/chairs.Nice if you want to have a meal in your room.All the associates that we spoke with were very professional and friendly!!

The one thing that could be just a little better.The blanket on top of the bed is scratchy.A softer top blanket wouldn’t hurt.The other bedding was nice and soft.In the scheme of things not a deal breaker.

The location is perfect! Being right across the street from the beach and not having to worry about dirtying the carpet in the room was such a big relief. It made everything so easy especially with a young toddler who already can be messy. Our son loved being able to see the pool and beach out the window at any given moment.

The only dislike my wife found was not having enough light by the mirror by the t.v. She isn't the type that does her makeup in the bathroom so she utilizes the taller mirror to get ready. We also felt like the pool area should have a key access to get into the pool and stay open day/night since some people would be coming in from out of town and getting in late that is one way to relax.

It was great as always. Just this time a few things could of been better.

The bed cover on one of the beds you can see it on the side of the matress and it was all dirty and stained brown. The thermostat you couldn't see the numbers on it to set it so it was either freeze or sweat. And there was this older guy that worked there kind of creeper me out he walked the hall and waited for the elevator to follow us down which was weird and creepy beings it was just 2 females.

Customer Service is important to me..CANDI, Thank you so very much, YOU are EXCEPTIONALLY Good with Customer Service..I applaud you for that is a gift and treasure.. Alicia is a very nice person and does all she can to help.. SHOUT OUT TO CANDI # 2..He knows who he is... So Funny.. The staff makes up for anything missing in all areas of the building itself..so who can complain..They be working y'all.. Try it , I think you may be pleased.. I like more footage in any room personally.. Our stay was GREAT... AMANDA.....

Staff was super friendly and nice. Beds were super comfortable. Right across the street from the beach.

Gulf is a tea brown color. Not beautiful blue that I'm use to. And less than waist deep for atleast 200-250 yrds. That's how far I walked out before turning arond. Lol Entire 2nd floor, which is all Non smoking rooms, smelt like everyone but my wife and I was smoking weed. Said something about it to night shift lady and was told they would try and find out who was doing it. But that they deal with it all the time. Got up next morning to a overwhelming smell of Lysol. Which went away back to a string skunk smell after a few hours. Pool was closed all week except last day of our stay. Even though I was told every morning, "it will be open today" (Manager did refunded part of my money)
