The location is excellent to get to our family gathering, and the room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly.

Our room's coffee bar was not stocked, there were no drinking glasses, and towels, etc., were sparse. In addition, the breakfast area was packed, so that we had to sit in the couch area, and the food staff had a hard time keeping dishes replenished. That seems to be the case whenever we stay at that location. Also, when I asked for a copy of the bill, which was being split, the desk clerk said that I couldn't have one since I had booked through a booking company.

Special rates! We were there for a family wedding. We got charged the same rates as a football weekend! Senior citizens, 83 years old, looking to celebrate a grandson’s wedding, $ 269 a night and the handicap room did not have a walk-in shower! I made a request for this accessable feature 5 months in advance! DO BETTER!

The room was very clean and neat. All amenities were usable. Everything worked!! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

The bed mattress on one side had an indented place in it where apparently most everyone slept. Too us the pillows were too soft, but that's just a personal preference.

The evening worker, Leonard was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and near everything.

I don't have any complaints, I will be booking very soon. I would like if there was maybe a channel guide in the room.

The breakfast was amazing, the push carts for the luggage was a big plus and the night desk lady, didn’t get a name, was awesome. And it was Greta having an elevator. Recently the motels we stayed in did not have an elevator.

The bed was kinda hard and uncomfortable and the ice machine was on the floors 2 and 4 I think, but we were on 1.

I thought the breakfast was delicious. And the staff was very friendly and courteous.

Our bathroom had a strange odor. It wasn't so bad that we had to switch rooms we just kept air freshener around. When we told the people at the front desk as we were leaving apparently they knew about it. Smells like an old dirty mop head.

Location was fine. Did not eat the breakfast. Ate a local restaurant.

Everything was fine except the tv wasn’t hooked up. I did not discover this till late. No answer at the front desk so had to troubleshoot it my self. After a little investigation i found the cable disconnected. Luckily I am handy so got it fixed. Maybe a free nights stay would make up for it. Just sayin.
