Breakfast was good. King sofa room size was great!

I wouldn't recommend bringing small children here for a weekend stay. Lots of "activity" goes on here from what we've experienced. Staff should report cleanliness. I have a serious mold allergy and mold was on the chairs as well as the ceiling. Im sure most of the damage and "smell" comes from water from pool guests etc but no excuse. Mold was clearly in the shower! Thank God i packed my Allegra d! Rooms couldn't be changed bc that was the only one that size left. Besides that how could we trust the next would've been better. There was also a dead bug beside the unit so parents do a walk through if you have curious floor eater offers. Lol 😆 Stuck it out .. blah

We stayed may 17th thru 20th and the front desk attendant on May 17th and 18th was awesome and very welcoming. Wish we would of caught her name. On our last day she was off work. But hotel was comfortable, clean, and we will return again.

The day we arrived an older lady with gray/white hair that works there was in front when I arrived and totally did not actual me at me at all. She got off the phone after fussing with a customer on phone and yelled to the nice attendant that someone is upfront for her. Not very professional at all. Im glad she is not the front desk attendant cuz with that attitude I wouldn't return.

Not sure what the lady's name was. She help ke with my 2 cousins in wheelchairs fix breakfast for 2 days. She was amazing with my 51 year old cousin that has mentally retarded. She needs to know that she is an amazing person. Compassionate. I justblove this women. She has a good heart. Please let her know what that meant to me thank her please. She works in columbus mississippi kitchen for breakfast. She is worthy of praise. Thank you to all the staff. They all help me when I needed it. AN AMAZING PLACE TO STAY.

I loved everything about my stay

The room was clean the hotel was clean the location is on the south end of highway 45 other places in the area not so good lot of people just walking around in the hotel parking lot that was not staying at the hotel the staff did not maintain thebreakfast bar was out of foof each morning we tried to get breakfast

It was a nice, clean facility. Beds were comfortable & perfect after being at the ball park all day.

The air conditioner leaked & the floor was soaked in that area of the room. One elevator was down & we mentioned to the staff that the one "working " elevator wasn't working properly. The next day, my family was stuck in the elevator (2 adults, 3 kids) and there wasn't any air conditioning. We were only stuck for about 20mins, but the kids very scared. The staff did call the FD once they realized we were stuff & apologized that it had happened, but then went on about there business.

Great value . Clean everywhere, comfortable room and bed, good breakfast selections. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay again, especially for the price compared to others in the area.

Could have told us that housekeeping would not visit daily and how to get clean towels. Need to advise of how all that works at check in. Make sure key cards work throughout stay and aren’t canceled daily. Had to ask for them to be re-coded several times.

The location was good. The breakfast was okay. I wanted something other than ham to chose from for a meat. Otherwise, it met my expectation.

The dog walking area was small, and sometimes it was difficult to get through because of the vehicles parked in front of the area. Also, one person did not clean up after their dog, even though bags were readily available.

Excellent guest service that was given during our stay

Prior to getting checked In for my Reservation, We arrived at 2:45am at the hotel, There was no one available to check-us in. I can't believe that we had to wait 2 hours to get checked -in, before someone else could come. They wasn't able to locate the on duty front desk clerk--There were also other guests who had showed up for assistance as well- This was awful! Thank God- someone who was waiting in the Lobby called another employee by the name of Courtavis Hairston who came to check us in!!! Other than that! The stay was great! Shout out to Courtavis for reversing the situation

It was a great location. The staff was friendly. They came by our room and asked if we needed anything on Thanksgiving. This was really nice and we were able to get fresh towels. In Covid times it is very inconvenient to not be able to get room service. I am not sure if they offered room service or not but we were able to get fresh towels which is a plus in my book. I appreciate the extra effort.

The staff was very welcoming. She explained at the beginning about the room and how house cleaning is set up, so there would be no misunderstanding.

Beyond their control on my 3rd night I began to see ants. I did not say anything because I figured it's that time of year.
